Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon digitalisaatiolle on asetettu paljon odotuksia niin palveluiden laadun, saavutettavuuden kuin tehokkuuden osalta. Se investigó la estructura factorial de la Time Management Behavior Scale (TMBS) en universitarios colombianos. La gestión del tiempo es un importante predictor del logro estudiantil y clave para la disminución de la deserción universitaria. Participaron 494 estudiantes de primer año de nueve programas en dos universidades de la ciudad de Bogotá. Se comprueba una estructura multidimensional de cuatro subescalas que explicaron el 42.68 % de la varianza total. Se obtuvieron índices de consistencia interna por encima de 0.7 en tres factores y una fiabilidad global de 0.84. Finnish adult students’ perspectives on short-cycle study programmes : motives and evaluations

We investigated how students in Finland perceive short-cycle higher education programmes. In line with the European trend, Finland has piloted short-cycle study programmes in order to attract adult students into higher education. We found that the students were mainly satisfied with their studies, and that their orientations to studies and learning were extrinsic in nature. The strengths of the programme were perceived as related to the flexibility of the studies, the variety of teaching methods, and the extensive contents of the studies. The concept of time management defines a set of principles, practices, skills, tools and systems that together help a person in an organization to assess what is left at their disposal in order to improve their quality of life. The most important aspect that should be mentioned is that time management does not require a person to learn to do as many things as possible in a short period of time, but it rather ensures that the person does what needs to be done, dealing with the things that really need to be addressed. The ability to manage your time effectively is important. Good time management leads to improved efficiency and productivity, less stress, and more success in life.

Zarządzanie czasem jako próba opanowania chaosu

Niniejszy rozdział stanowi próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy chaos obecny w różnych obszarach ludzkiego funkcjonowania dotyczy również czasu. Ponadto, czy można w jakikolwiek sposób zapanować nad tym chaosem i czy taka umiejętność pozostaje w jakimkolwiek związku z uzyskiwanymi efektami pracy własnej. Aby zrealizować ten cel, zostało przeprowadzone badanie ankietowe, które pozwoliło ustalić, że postrzeganie czasu jako chaotycznego pozostaje w związku ze sposobem gospodarowania czasem. Pozwala to wysunąć wniosek, że zarządzanie czasem ułatwia opanowanie chaosu.
