Nurse-led counseling for coronary artery disease patients : A 1-year follow-up study

Nurse‐led counseling and systematic follow‐up has been shown to reduce cardiovascular risk factor levels. The study aim was to investigate if cardiovascular risk factor levels could be reduced in patients with coronary artery disease with a nurse‐led intervention and to report patients’ evaluations of nurse‐led counseling. The study design was a real‐life longitudinal follow‐up counseling intervention. Data were collected from November 2017 to May 2020. The nurse‐led intervention and patients’ follow‐up time was one year. Of the 78 patients recruited, 74 completed the study. The paper proposes a revised analysis of the speech, which was delivered by Cicero on behalf of Marcus Caelius. Numerous studies have shown the importance of the rhetorical aspects of this speech. The aim of this analysis is to examine its legal aspects. Firstly, many sources containing abundant evidence regarding the causae de vi ex lege Plautia will be examined in order to identify, among the many allegations made by opponents of this causa, those for which Caelius ex lege Plautia was responsible. Teorētiskajā daļā ir aprakstīta vēsturiskās valodniecības un etimoloģijas joma, sniegts pārskats par krimināltiesību attīstības vēsturi un juridiskās terminoloģijas attīstību. Tajā aprakstītas arī galvenās tendences jaunu juridisko terminu, kā arī vārdu rašanās jomā procesa veidošanas principi. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā analizēti divdesmitdeviņu terminu etimoloģija.

A newly established population of the fouling polychaete Spirobranchus cf. tetraceros is reported from the western Mediterranean (Valencia Port). Despite previous intensive surveys, this is the first record for the taxon in the Iberian Peninsula. Molecular analyses revealed that S. cf. tetraceros from Valencia are genetically identical to specimens from Heraklion, Crete, but different from those collected in the Red Sea and S. tetraceros sensu stricto from the type locality in Australia. Mediterranean and Red Sea S. cf. tetraceros form a well-supported monophyletic clade but are clearly distinct from New South Wales specimens of S. tetraceros. The structure of [(CH3)3NH]2Sb3Cl11 (space group P21/n; a = 10.374(2), b = 23.723(5), c = 11.884(2) Å, β = 113.46(3)°; V = 2682.9(9) Å3) consists of a structurally novel [Sb3Cl2−11] anion and two crystallographically nonequivalent trimethylammonium cations. The anion is composed of three deformed octahedra in the asymmetric part of the unit cell. The octahedra are connected with each other by edges and corners forming a characteristic polyanionic layer. Trimethylammonium cations, one ordered and one disordered, are connected to the inorganic sublattice by N—H· · ·Cl hydrogen bonds.

The structures of two ferroic chloroantimonates(III): [(CH3)2NH2]3[Sb2Cl9] (DMACA) and [(CH3)3NH]3[Sb2Cl9] (TMACA) were determined in their low-temperature phases. The structure of DMACA was investigated at 100 and 15 K, and TMACA at 15 K. The structures consist of two-dimensional inorganic layers and organic cations bound together by the N(C)–H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. All of the organic cations in both compounds at all studied temperatures are ordered. There is no indication of the structural phase transition in the structure of DMACA below 242 K. The geometry and distortions of the [SbCl6]3– octahedra in both compounds is discussed.
