The aim of this paper is to present the main sources of the interpretative dispute about the message contained in the Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Francis Amoris laetitia (2016), on love in the family. Referring to the position of the “Dubia Cardinals”, it concerns primarily four issues, which we can name as the “most-discussed”, i.e. (1) Holy Communion for the divorced and remarried people; (2) Creative conscience and absolute moral prohibitions; (3) The law of gradualness; (4) The concept of mercy.

The database contains information on 464 publicised British petitions (including petitions to parliament, instructions to members of parliament, and addresses to the Throne) and 65 replies, submitted in 1721 - 1776. Appendix 1 contains following information per petition: Year, location, subject, petitioners, receiver, replies, verbs defining petitioners' expectations, volume of published copies and sources. Appendix 2 contains following information per reply: Year, location, replier, position of the replier, recipient, position of the recipient, number of copies and sources.

Prawo petycji zostało wprowadzone do polskiego porządku prawnego w Konstytucji marcowej z 1921 r. W kolejnych ustawach zasadniczych przepis ten został wykreślony i pojawił się ponownie w Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z 1997 r. Przez wiele lat prawo petycji było nieprecyzyjnie określone (mylone często ze skargami i wnioskami). W artykule dokonano analizy petycji wnoszonych w trakcie VIII kadencji Sejmu, ponieważ była pierwszą, w której obywatele mogli w pełni realizować swoje uprawnienie, zgodnie z ustawą o petycjach uchwaloną 11 lipca 2014 r. The Phase Ratio Variation (PRV) method is a very valuable method commonly used for liquid/vapor partition coefficients data acquisition of aroma compounds. Nevertheless, some limits are linked to this method, especially for volatile compounds. A careful examination of the PRV equation leads us to propose the following expression: 1/Cvap-real =(nliq/n0) x 1/Cvap-ideal = (nliq/n0) x (1/KC0 + (1/Co) b), We performed an examination for two cases of K values (K1=0.001 and K2=0.05), putting forward that a carefully choice of b range values is crucial for reliability of the regression calculation 1/A versus b.

Abstract Tree‐fall gaps are small‐scale disturbances whose formation, colonization, and role in forest dynamics are well documented, but whose effects on animal ecology are still greatly overlooked, except for studies comparing species richness of gaps 6+ months old to that in the closed canopy. Other factors associated with the invasion of fresh tree‐fall gaps such as animal breeding adaptations have been largely neglected. As an emerging nanotechnology, quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) has been considered an alternative to CMOS technology that suffers from problems such as leakage current. Moreover, QCA is suitable for multi-valued logic due to the simplicity of implementing fuzzy logic in a way much easier than CMOS technology. In this paper, a quaternary cell is proposed with two isolated layers because of requiring three particles to design this quaternary cell. This is the first study on the brand–land link for quality wines with a strong identity produced in extreme territories using the Policy Delphi methodology. The objective of this study is to assess the existence of a relationship between the wine brand and the territory of origin for wines produced in the Etna valley in Sicily (southern Italy). Awareness among producers and stakeholders of the recognizability of local wines by the market was investigated.
