[EN] Multiple processing by means of successive injection cycles was used to simulate the thermo-mechanical degradation effects on the oligomeric distribution of PLA under mechanical recycling. Likewise, an accelerated thermal ageing over PLA glass transition was performed in order to simulate its service life. An increase in FEV1 >=12% has been proposed in international guidelines as a clue to airway reversibility for diagnosing asthma in both adults and children. However, the validity of this cut-off has been questioned in the pediatric population. The aim of this study was to provide evidence that different cut-off values in BDR may be associated with better performance in discriminating among outpatient children with naïve asthma (A) and without asthma (NA). Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kā notiek kinematogrāfiskā maldināšana Kristofera Nolana filmās, kā arī noteikt kādi kino valodas elementi tiek izmantoti, lai radītu naratīva metalepsi. Darbā tika aplūkoti laika secības, maldināšanas, naratīva un semiotikas teorētiskie aspekti, kā arī tika veikta naratīva un semiotiskā analīze. Veiktā pētījuma rezultāti parādīja, ka maldināšanu veicina filmu naratīva struktūra, informācijas slēpšana, personāži-viltotāji un laika secības izmaiņas. In the case of two independent samples from Poisson distributions, the natural target parameter for hypothesis testing is the ratio of the two population means. The conditional tests which have been derived for this class of problems already in the 1940s are well known to be optimal in terms of power only when randomized decisions between hypotheses are admitted at the boundary of the respective rejection regions.
