Min-Type Control Strategy of a DC-DC Synchronous Boost Converter

International audience; This paper presents the analysis and design of a min-type strategy to control a synchronous boost converter in continuous conduction mode. The strategy uses a nonlinear switching surface to establish the change of topology in the converter and is analyzed by means of a sliding-mode control approach. Subsequently, the min-type strategy is modified by a hybrid control formulation, which introduces a hysteresis width and a dwell-time to obtain a finite switching frequency in the start-up and steady-state respectively. Charcot–Marie tooth disease is a hereditary polyneuropathy caused by mutations in Mitofusin-2 (MFN2), a GTPase in the outer mitochondrial membrane involved in the regulation of mitochondrial fusion and bioenergetics. Autosomal-dominant inheritance of a R94Q mutation in MFN2 causes the axonal subtype 2A2A which is characterized by early onset and progressive atrophy of distal muscles caused by motoneuronal degeneration. Here, we studied mitochondrial shape, respiration, cytosolic, and mitochondrial ATP content as well as mitochondrial quality control in MFN2-deficient fibroblasts stably expressing wildtype or R94Q MFN2. Eikariotu šūnās ģenētisko materiālu DNS formā satur gan kodols, gan mitohondriji. Patogēnas mutācijas mitohondriālajā DNS (mtDNS) var izraisīt dažādas heterogēnas saslimšanas. Lai izpētītu, kā patogēnas mtDNS mutācijas ietekmē mitohondriju funkciju, var izmantot citoplazmatisko hibrīdu jeb cibrīdu šūnu modeļus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izveidot un raksturot patogēnas mtDNS mutācijas saturošus citoplazmatisko hibrīdu šūnu modeļus. Tika veikta pilna garuma mtDNS sekvenēšana, cibrīdu šūnu modeļu izveidošana, šūnu dzīvotspējas un OXPHOS enzīmu aktivitātes noteikšana. In retrospective radon measurements, the 22-y half life of 210Pb is used as an advantage. 210Pb is often considered to be relatively immobile in glass after alpha recoil implanted by 222Rn progenies. The diffusion of 210Pb could, however, lead to uncertain wrong retrospective radon exposure estimations if 210Pb is mobile and can escape from glass, or lost as a result of cleaning-induced surface modification. This diffusion was studied by a radiotracer technique, where 209Pb was used as a tracer in a glass matrix for which the elemental composition is known. Saskaņā ar Tartu-Maskavas semiotikas skolas idejām, dabiskā valoda veido primāro modelēšanas sistēmu, uz kuras pamata tiek konstruētas augstāka līmeņa kultūras sistēmas (sekundārās modelēšanas sistēmas). Mihails Lotmans ir pārskatījis klasisko modelēšanas teoriju, un saskaņā ar viņa piedāvāto teoriju primārās un sekundārās modelēšanas sistēmas ir relatīvas viena pret otru, un tajās jēdziens „valoda” tiek šķirts no jēdziena „semiotikas sistēma”.
