Abstract Background Inferring cluster structure in microarray datasets is a fundamental task for the so-called -omic sciences. International audience; Since the advent of Web 2.0, any user becomes a content provider through personal websites, posts on wikis and forums, recommendations, annotations, etc. In this paper, we propose a method to analyze the interests of users based on their publishing activities, by positioning them into a semantic graph. We describe the WebTribe system that allows to extract topic information from collaborative websites and to query the resulting clusters of users.

Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt divu jaunu intraokulāro lēcu (difraktīvā trifokālā lēca un paplašināta fokusa dziļuma multifokālā lēca) efektivitāti presbiopija korekcijā pēc kataraktas operācijas. Pētījumi tika veikti 3 mēnešu periodā pēc kataraktas operācijas, kad tika novērtēta redzes kvalitāte, mērot redzes asumu un kontrasta redzi fotopiskos gaismas un mezopiskos krēslas apstākļos. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt redzes asumu un kontrasta jūtību fotopiskos un mezopiskos apstākļos pacientiem, koriģētiem ar brillēm un vienas dienas multifokālajām kontaktlēcām. Mūsu pētījumi parādīja, ka fotopiskos apstākļos pacientiem pēc korekcijas ar multifokālajām kontaktlēcām redzes asums vidēji samazinājās par 0,02 logMAR vienībām. Sport science research has done little to elaborate on the cognitive factors that turn a collection of individual players into a coordinated elite team. The purpose of this paper is to clarify if the players and coach of an elite soccer team express shared situational awareness. Ten players and one coach were exposed to twelve video pictures from a previous soccer match, and their statements for each picture were recorded and analyzed using a qualitative approach.
