Pētījuma mērķis: Teorētiski un praktiski pētīt pasaku izmantošanu 5 – 6 gadīgu bērnu stāstītprasmes attīstīšanā pirmsskolā. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts, lai atklātu, kā latviešu tautas pasakas var izmantot 5 – 6 gadīgu bērnu stāstītprasmes attīstīšanai pirmsskolā, kādas pasakas, kāda veida metodes un uzdevumu veidi ir vispiemērotākie pozitīva rezultāta sasniegšanā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, 70 lapaspusēm, 3 attēliem, 3 tabulām, secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta ar 67 vienībām, 7 pielikumiem. Valsts amatpersona kā noziedzīga nodarījuma subjekts

2018

Measurement Properties of Smartphone Approaches to Assess Physical Activity in Healthy Young People: Systematic Review

2022

Background Physical inactivity is a preventable risk factor for several chronic diseases and one of the driving forces behind the growing global burden of disease. Recent evidence has shown that interventions using mobile smartphone apps can promote a significant increase in physical activity (PA) levels. However, the accuracy and reliability of using apps is unknown. Objective The aim of our review was to determine the accuracy and reliability of using mobile apps to measure PA levels in young people. We conducted a systematic review guided by PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Methods Studies published from 2007 to 2020 were sourced from 8 databa…

The M.U.S.E. project: A nursing-centered MUltidimensional aSsessment of Elderly outpatient with comorbidities

2017

Objective: Increasingly exacerbations of chronic diseases in frail elderly, causes reduction of patients' quality of life and lead to significant increases in resource utilization and cost to the health care system. A multidimensional and multidisciplinary assessment of an older person allows the identification of the level of stability or fragility of the patient, thereby determining a prognosis and a tailored therapeutic approach. Besides, the revaluation over time allows you to understand the evolution, the critical points of the natural history of the person, tailoring interventions to reduce the risk of disability, hospitalization, and death. The aim of our study is to implement a new …

Perception oro-sensorielle des lipides alimentaires et obésité

2016

International audience; The gustation is a dynamic system able to rapid physiological adaptations in response to on-going environmental changes that characterize our feed (rhythm, quality, quantity). Based on the modulation of taste sensitivity thresholds, this homeostatic system contributes to build the feeding behavior by driving the food choices. Therefore, a dysfunction of this regulatory system might impact on dietary habits and thus, ultimately, on health. Consistent with this assumption, recent data report that a diet-induced obesity is associated both with a dysfunction of the oral fat detection system and a preferential consumption of fat-rich diets in rats and mice. In humans, a s…

Effet anti-obésité des CLA : mythe ou réalité ?

2005

Conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) are positional and geometric isomers of linoleic acid. Inclusion of CLA in the diet provokes a rapid and marked decrease in body weight gain and adiposity in mice leading to a lipoatrophic syndrome. However, CLA supplementation raised fasting blood glucose and insulin concentrations and was associated with severe insulin resistance and liversteatosis. Conflicting results have been reported with regard to reduction of fat mass in humans. We have reviewed the publish literature regarding the effect of CLA on body composition in humans and animal models. These studies indicate that t10-c12 was the isomer that reduced adipose fat storage, however it also increase…

2022

To curb the worsening of obesity, health professionals are using digital tools to propose solutions to their patients. This paper focuses on the possible motivation brought by gamification within digital therapeutic education for obesity. Hoping to increase the adherence and motivation of users, the platform studied aimed at proposing learning thanks to games. In a questionnaire delivered to the users of the platform, we note elements that make us wonder about the effectiveness of this game-based learning on important medical notions for patients in the follow-up of their disease. In spite of an effective mediation of biomedical knowledge, this paper questions the effect of gamification as …
