The aim of this article is to offer a synthesis of a very important concept in marketing. After having analysing the definitions of loyalty and their evolution, an overview of theoritical explanation is presented and four main processes based on different theories are identified. The aim is to understand how these theories can be integrated in a general model, in order to open up new avenues of thought.

In economies in which pension obligations are substantial, it is important that there is a high degree of trust in the financial reporting of pensions by employers and by pension plans. The objective of this paper is to assess legal considerations regarding the introduction and implement of financial transaction tax mechanisms in private pension system. In line with this objective, an understanding of causes, implications, solutions for pensions is essential to being able to efficiently and effectively create a secure fiscal environment.

Notre objectif est d’expliquer le choix des firmes multinationales entre les alliances avec prise de participation et les alliances sans prise de participation pour investir en R&D à l’étranger. Nous avons identifié principalement trois grandes formes organisationnelles en matière d’investissement en R&D à l’étranger:l’internalisation totale, les alliances en R&D et l’externalisation totale (licences unilatérales).
