Gas-liquid stirred vessels are widely employed to carry out chemical reactions involving a gas reagent and a liquid phase. The usual way for introducing the gas stream into the liquid phase is through suitable distributors placed below the impeller. An interesting alternative is that of using “self ingesting” vessels where the headspace gas phase is injected and dispersed into the vessel through suitable surface vortices. Valtaosa vieraan kielen aikuisopiskelijoista on hyvin tietoisia siitä, että äidinkieli kummittelee tavalla tai toisella, joskus enemmän, joskus vähemmän, opittavan kielen tuottamisessa ja tuotoksissa. The Ti-influence on the tourmaline color

Titanium was examined in different black tourmalines by spectrophotometric analyses in the region between 12500 and 27000 cm-1 (800-370 nm) using a microscope spectrophotometer MPV-5P, Leitz (Germany), and chemically analyzed on an electron microprobe Camebax Microbeam, Cameca (France) in WDS Mode. Fourteen tourmaline samples with their face oriented parallel to the principal axis, cut and polished down to thin sections, showed polarized spectra of two broad absorption bands at approximately 14000 cm-1 (715 nm) and 24000 cm-1 (417 nm). The estimation of RxC ecological inference contingency tables from aggregate data is one of the most salient and challenging problems in the field of quantitative social sciences, with major solutions proposed from both the ecological regression and the mathematical programming frameworks. The Article analyses the recent developments of the Italian jurisprudence, regarding the effects of the offer of the job performance, in the cases in which it is illegally refused by the employer. The theory, according to which in such cases the workers can obtain only a compensation for damages, and not the entire salary, has been reconsidered. In such situations, the workers can nowadays obtain the entire pay, unless a special rule establishes differently. According to the Author’s opinion, the special rules actually existing could determine the unconstitutionality of the regulation on the refusal of the job performance, when a transfer of undertakings is later declared void.

Doświadczenie autora w dwóch projektach z zakresu transferu wiedzy z nauki do przemysłu/biznesu stanowi punkt wyjścia do rozważań o charakterze teoretyczno-empirycznym.
