Prowadzenie pozarolniczej działalności gospodarczej stanowi szczególny tytuł ubezpieczeń społecznych. Wynika to z faktu, że w zakresie podlegania ubezpieczeniom społecznym wyłącznie przedsiębiorcy (spośród wszystkich osób prowadzących pozarolniczą działalność) posiadają uprawnienia do okresowego wyłączenia obowiązku ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz zawieszenia wykonywania działalności gospodarczej, nie tylko z powodu sprawowania osobistej opieki nad dzieckiem. Z kolei w sferze opłacania składek na ubezpieczenia społeczne istnieją trzy sposoby ustalania podstawy wymiaru składek z tego tytułu (podstawa zwykła, preferencyjna i uzależniona od dochodu). Podstawowe zagadnienia problematyki rekurencji treści cyfrowych

Celem pracy jest wykazanie aktualnych problemów prawnych w związku z ewolucją dystrybucji treści cyfrowych oraz próbą wskazania możliwych innych kierunków zmian w podejściu do sposobu zakupu treści cyfrowej wraz z upowszechnieniem się novum w postaci rozproszonego konsensusu. Ten ostatni spowodował rozpowszechnienie się technologii łańcucha bloków, która wedle koncepcji wizjonerów ma w przyszłości pozwolić na rozproszone usługi hostingowe połączone z nowym podejściem do dystrybucji treści cyfrowych bez nośnika – zarówno dla konsumentów, jak i autorów zdigitalizowanych dzieł.

La sentenza n. 116 del 2010 della Corte costituzionale segna un significativo passaggio nella determinazione dell’assetto dei rapporti Stato - Regione Siciliana, comportando un considerevole arretramento dell’esercizio dell’autonomia tributaria e finanziaria di quest’ultima. Le statuizioni espresse dal Giudice delle leggi, al di là delle peculiarità proprie dello speciale regime fiscale della Regione, rivestono grande rilevanza in generale anche per l’attuazione del c.d. federalismo fiscale nel nostro Paese.

This article studies the scope of Polytechnic University of Valencia through the analysis of its scientific output since 1973 until 2001 based on the journal articles and conference papers available in the most relevant national and international databases. Autora mērķis šajā rakstā bija rast risinājumu problēmai ar motivācijas trūkumu un zemu produktivitāti gadījumā, ja izplatīšanas uzņēmums Global Drinks, pirmajā daļā aprakstītas teorijas, pēc tam, kad autore nolēma veikt aptauju un apskatīt rezultātus no aptaujas iet tālāk. Rezultātu iegūšanai autore izmantoja kvantitatīvu pētījumu metodi. Aptaujas rezultāti parādīja, ka mazo uzņēmumu darbinieku labākais motivators ir algu paaugstināšana, pēc tam, kad autore konstatēja, ka uzņēmumam ir jāpaaugstina algas, tika nolemts atrast lētu veidu, kā to paaugstināt bez zaudējumiem uzņēmumam, jo tas ir maza izmēra un katra monēta tiek skaitīta. Modal Consequence Relations Extending S4.3: An Application of Projective Unification

We characterize all finitary consequence relations over $\mathbf{S4.3}$ , both syntactically, by exhibiting so-called (admissible) passive rules that extend the given logic, and semantically, by providing suitable strongly adequate classes of algebras. This is achieved by applying an earlier result stating that a modal logic $L$ extending $\mathbf{S4}$ has projective unification if and only if $L$ contains $\mathbf{S4.3}$ . In particular, we show that these consequence relations enjoy the strong finite model property, and are finitely based. Service continuity is of basic importance in the definition of the quality of the electrical energy, for this reason, the research in the field of faults diagnostic for distribution systems is spreading ever more. In this paper, a new methodology for diagnostic management of automated distribution systems is presented.
