Ces méthodes s'appuient sur la topologie du réseau pour représenter les changements structurels et pour détecter des précurseurs remarquables précédant généralement des évènements majeurs. Temporal Semantic Centrality for the Analysis of Communication Networks

National audience; De nos jours, la compréhension des communautés en ligne devient un enjeu majeur du Web. Dans cet article nous proposons une nouvelle mesure, la Probabilité de Propagation Sémantique (SPP), qui caractérise la capacité de l'utilisateur à propager un concept sémantique à d'autres utilisateurs, d'une manière rapide et ciblée. La sémantique des messages est analysée selon une ontologie donnée. Nous utilisons cette mesure pour obtenir la Centralité Sémantique Temporelle (TSC) d'un utilisateur dans une communauté. Nous proposons et évaluons une expérimentation de cette mesure, en utilisant une ontologie et des données réelles issues du Web.

Mapping SPARQL Query to temporal logic query based on NμSMV Model Checker to Query Semantic Graphs

International audience; The RDF (W3C standard for metamodeling) language is the most frequently used to represent the semantic graphs. This paper presents a new research combining different fields that are: the semantic web and the model checking. We developed a tool, RDF2NμSMV, which converts RDF graphs into NμSMV language. This conversion aims checking the semantic graphs that have numerous errors of interpretation with the model checker NμSMV in order to verify the consistency of the data. The fluorescence labelling, used by the fluorescence biochips, is known to change the charge distribution of the labelled molecules and then modify their biological activity. Among label free biosensors, we choose an optical detection, such as spectroscopic ellipsometry and/or surface plasmon resonance (SPR) of the biolayers.These optical techniques are based on the measurement of both thickness and optical index of the adsorbed biolayer.
