Probing neutralino properties in minimal supergravity with bilinear R-parity violation

Supersymmetric models with bilinear R-parity violation (BRPV) can account for the observed neutrino masses and mixing parameters indicated by neutrino oscillation data. We consider minimal supergravity versions of BRPV where the lightest supersymmetric particle (LSP) is a neutralino. This is unstable, with a large enough decay length to be detected at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC). We analyse the LHC potential to determine the LSP properties, such as mass, lifetime and branching ratios, and discuss their relation to neutrino properties.

El artículo es un comentario crítico del contenido y alcance del recientemente aprobado RDL 6/2019 para la garantía de la igualdad de trato y de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres en el empleo y la ocupación. La valoración positiva que, en general, la norma merece, se basa simplemente en su mera aprobación, que refuerza la idea de que la cuestión de la igualdad efectiva entre hombres y mujeres en el trabajo requiere medidas específicas. The main argument of the present article is that previous scholarship has turned Marcion’s exegesis of Scripture upside down. He did not find the inspiration for his doctrine in the teachings of the Apostle Paul, it is the Old Testament and its portrait of an inconsistent, vengeful and cruel God which forms the centre of his theology. Marcion does not understand the Old Testament in the light of the New, he interprets the New Testament in the light of the Old.

This paper explores and describes the experiences of patients, family members, and professionals with the Open Dialogue approach to network meetings at a locked psychiatric hospital unit in Norway. Previous research on Open Dialogue has mostly focused on acute crises in community care contexts. In this article, we discuss the participants’ experiences with Open Dialogue in a new context; that is in an inpatient locked unit. The inpatients are suffering from severe mental illness and might have been admitted to the unit against their will. The study has a qualitative design. The Sant’Arcangelo Basin is located in the southern part of the Apennine chain (Basilicata). It is filled by a siliciclastic sequence 3500m thick, dated to the Late Pliocene–Middle Pleistocene time interval. In this basin an Early Middle Pleistocene fluvio-lacustrine sequence, known as San Lorenzo Cycle, has been recognised. In the upper part of the sequence, in Rifreddo, a fairly diversified small vertebrate assemblage has been recovered. The occurrence of Mimomys savini allows to the fauna to be considered as Biharian. La costituzione del PPI fu il frutto di una gestazione lunga e laboriosa. La ricerca cerca di mettere in luce il risveglio culturale che caratterizzò la Sicilia attraverso la pubblicistica dell’epoca. Fra i giornali presi in considerazione particolare attenzione è stata data a «Il Sole del Mezzogiorno», testata poco conosciuta, anche per la sua breve durata (fu pubblicata dal 1901 al 1903) che tuttavia risulta illuminante per comprendere il lungo processo che ha portato alla nascita del PPI.

On 12 June 1840, the lawyer and economist Pellegrino Rossi, Peer of France, entered the Commission chaired by Duke Victor de Broglie and in charge of an investigation of issues related to the slavery and the political constitution of the French colonies. This article aims to examine the role played by Pellegrino Rossi in the debate on the abolition of slavery in the French colonies and the project of political constitution of French colonies of which Rossi was the speaker and editor of the same articles.
