En el presente trabajo se analiza el programa español de intervención en radicalización violenta con internos islamistas en centros penitenciarios desde el punto de vista de la resocialización y poniendo el foco en el respeto por los derechos y libertades fundamentales, pero también, y precisamente por ello, se cuestiona la imbricación de la Instrucción 2/2016, de 25 de octubre, dentro de las políticas securitarias dirigidas a la incapacitación, y particularmente el hecho de que los destinatarios del programa sean incluidos, todos ellos, en los FIES (Ficheros de Internos de Especial Seguimiento).

This chapter’s title is a linguistic pun that needs explanation. Magyarorszag means ‘Hungary’ in Magyar. But scholars writing in languages that used to be minority ones in the Hungarian section of Austria-Hungary are careful to distinguish between multiethnic historical Hungary and the ethnically Magyar nation-state that emerged after World War I. Research Question: Although fitness equipment is recognised worldwide as a tool for physical activities and a sustainable result in optimizing human movements within a wide range of environments, the state of the art and scientific advances have not been analysed from a bibliometric point of view. Research Methods: Using descriptive bibliometric software, this study examined the scientific production, and the most prolific authors, articles, and institutions. The use of corpora has conventionally been envisioned as being either corpus-based or corpus-driven. While the formal definition of the latter term has been widely accepted since it was established by Tognini-Bonelli (2001), it is often applied to studies that do not, in fact, fullfil the fundamental requirement of a theory-neutral starting point.
