The need for studies on the history of dependency linguistics has been recently pointed out, aiming at tracing back to the origin of hierarchical grammatical relations and dependency-oriented approaches before the advent of the most renowned Tesnière’s model (Imrényi/Mazziotta 2020a). This study investigates on the emergence of the concept of syntactic dependency in missionary linguistics, focusing on the role of Jesuit grammarians on the development of the notion of subordination. AbstractIn this paper I describe the two major Argentine experiences of gender training for the judiciary against the background of two relevant trends, women's entry in considerable numbers into the judiciary and the process of expansion of women's rights initiated after the restoration of democracy. The gap between the passing of progressive legislation and its lack of enforcement speaks of a tradition of women's subordination that is much engrained in our society and in its legal system. Objetivo. Describir la mortalidad en México por defectos del tubo neural, durante el periodo 1980-1997. Material y métodos. Las tasas anuales de mortalidad estatales y nacionales, por defectos del tubo neural, se calcularon por 10 000 nacidos vivos. La tendencia temporal fue evaluada por el porcentaje de cambio anual obtenido mediante un modelo de regresión de Poisson. Se calculó la razón de mortalidad, tomando la media nacional como referencia. Las tasas y las razones se representaron gráficamente en mapas. Resultados. Durante el periodo la tasa bruta de mortalidad por defectos del tubo neural fue de 5.8 por 10 000 nacidos vivos. Abstract The presence of a pheromonotropically active hormone (PBAN-like substance) from locust organs, ( Locusta migratoria ) has been demonstrated. Extracts of brain, corpora cardiaca, corpora allata, suboesophageal ganglia and thoracic ganglia of L. migratoria caused highly pheromonotropic responses in decapitated females of the European corn borer moth ( Ostrinia nubilalis ). The highest activity per unit weight of tissue was found in the corpora cardiaca and corpora allata of the locust followed by the brain plus suboesophageal ganglion of O. nubilalis . We prove optimal estimates for the decay in time of solutions to a rather general class of non-local in time subdiffusion equations in R d . An important special case is the timefractional diffusion equation, which has seen much interest during the last years, mostly due to its applications in the modeling of anomalous diffusion processes. We follow three different approaches and techniques to study this particular case: (A) estimates based on the fundamental solution and Young’s inequality, (B) Fourier multiplier methods, and (C) the energy method.
