In unserem Beitrag analysieren wir, wie die Burgerinnen und Burger den Regierungswechsel und die Ubernahme der Regierungsgeschafte durch die neue grun-rote Regierung wahrgenommen, wie sich die Regierungs- und Parteienzufriedenheit (ausgedruckt durch die hypothetische Wahlentscheidung) im Zeitverlauf entwickelt haben und was die Determinanten der Zufriedenheit sind. Unsere Analysen basieren dabei auf insgesamt sechs reprasentativen telefonischen Befragungen im Zeitraum von November 2011 bis Oktober 2015. We examined the link between victimisation and life satisfaction for 85,301 gay and bisexual individuals across 44 European countries. We expected this negative link to be stronger when the internalised homonegativity of the victim was high (e.g. because the victim is more vulnerable) and weaker when victimisation occurs in countries that express intolerance towards homosexuality (e.g. because in such contexts victims expect victimisation more and they attribute it to their external environment). International audience; 1. The metabolism of diallyl disulphide was investigated in vitro with rat and human liver cell subfractions and ex vivo with an isolated perfused rat liver. 2. Diallyl disulphide was oxidized to diallylthiosulphinate by rat liver microsomes with an apparent K-m = 0.86 +/- 0.1 mM and an apparent V-max = 0.47 +/- 0.12 nmol min(-1) mg(-1) protein (mean +/- SE). Both cytochrome P450 (CYP) and flavin-containing monooxygenases were involved, with CYP2B1/2 and CYP2E1 being the most active CYP enzymes. 3. Among such sources of stress, phototoxicity is well studied and has been shown to lead to photoreceptor-specific loss in a number of species. However, the vast majority of studies have been conducted in nocturnal, albino rod-dominant rat and mouse strains, and the pertinence of such findings to human pathology and cone loss is debatable.
