This study presents new ways of visualising technology-enhanced collaborative inquiry-based learning (CIBL) processes in an undergraduate physics course. The data included screen-capture videos from a technology-enhanced learning environment and audio recordings of discussions between students. We performed a thematic analysis based on the phases of inquiry-based learning (IBL). The thematic analysis was complemented by a content analysis, in which we analysed whether the utilisation of technological tools was on a deep-level, surface-level, or nonexistent basis. Universities also had to adapt and re-establish their normal routines, from policies to practices. In this article, we explore university students’ experiences of web-based learning, their well-being, and engagement during the pandemic. Background: The restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic have modified the lifestyle of young people, worsening their mental health. Although some countries were allowed to practice outdoor physical activity (PA) in cases of lockdown, the PA level in the general population decreased. Ocena mikrobiologiczna niepasteryzowanych soków owocowych i warzywnych

Celem pracy była ocena parametrów fizykochemicznych oraz mikrobiologicznych niepasteryzowanych soków owocowych i warzywnych podczas próby przechowalniczej. Analizie poddano takie parametry fizykochemiczne, jak: pH, kwasowość ogólną, gęstość względną oraz zawartość ekstraktu. W badaniach mikrobiologicznych określono ilość mikroorganizmów oraz przeprowadzono ocenę jakościową badanych soków. Przetrzymywanie otwartych soków przez jedną godzinę w temperaturze pokojowej nie wpłynęło istotnie na zmianę parametrów fizykochemicznych. W trakcie badań odnotowano wzrost ogólnej liczby drobnoustrojów, stwierdzono obecność bakterii grupy coli oraz bakterii rodzaju Pseudomonas. Nie stwierdzono obecności S…
