L'articolo esamina la relazione tra la musica di Mahler e il cinema nel caso di Woody Allen. Come è noto, nei suoi film il regista statunitense mette in primo piano la musica in molti modi. Ad esempio in "Un'altra donna" (1988) la Sinfonia n. 4 gioca un importante ruolo intra-diegetico che va oltre la semplice funzione informativa relativa all'ambiente sociale della protagonista. La musica di Mahler compare anche in altri film, ma in prospettiva più ampia agisce da elemento focale nella poetica di Allen. An investigation of the bacteriocinogenic potential of lactic acid bacteria associated with wheat (triticum durum) kernels and non-conventional flours

One hundred and thirty-seven lactic acid bacteria (LAB), previously isolated from wheat (Triticum durum) grains and non-conventional flour samples, were tested for the production of antibacterial substances. A total of 16 strains (5 Enterococcus faecium, 5 Enterococcus mundtii, 4 Pediococcus pentosaceus, 1 Lactobacillus coryniformis and 1 Lactococcus garvieae) were found to inhibit the growth of Listeria innocua. The antibacterial activities were preliminarily investigated for their general behaviour with proteolytic (proteinase K, protease B and trypsin), amylolytic (α-amylase) and lipolytic (lipase) enzymes, after heat treatment, and exposure to different pHs and ethanol concentrations. Para estudiarlo el artículo ofrece un instrumento que permite conocer los elementos objetivos de la música que escuchan, prestando especial atención al entorno sonoro de mayor cobertura e impacto, el mediático. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää kansanopistossa opiskelun merkitystä opiskelijalle. Aineisto kerättiin sähköisellä kyselylomakkeella, joka lähetettiin lukuvuonna 2010–2011 yhdeksässä eri G-laatuopistossa opiskelleille päätoimisille vapaan sivistystyön opintolinjojen opiskelijoille. Kansanopistot olivat Etelä-Pohjanmaan Opisto, Haapaveden Opisto, Kankaanpään Opisto, Kymenlaakson Opisto, Keski-Suomen Opisto, Lahden kansanopisto, Länsi-Suomen Opisto, Oriveden Opisto ja Otavan Opisto. This article examines some of the cultural and theological motivations of his ministerial work, based on poems, sermons and documents from his years as a bishop. The article shows how Moe’s aesthetic and pedagogical interests are reflected in this period and how he influenced Norwegian church life through his pupils J. C. Le rapport "Notre avenir à tous" (1989) exprime, en définissant le « développement durable », un souci d’harmonisation des rapports entre les nations qui était déjà présent dans la charte (1945) des nations unies prônant, de son côté, la paix internationale. Ce rapport marque pourtant un tournant stratégique: l’invitation à un mode de vie partagé passe cette fois par un « retour à la nature ». Il semble que la nature y acquière la valeur d’un impératif urgent, tout en faisant problème. En effet, en lisant le rapport, on s’aperçoit que cet appel à la nature est loin d’être univoque.
