Opioīdu biežāk izraisītās blakusparādības onkoloģiskiem pacientiem paliatīvās aprūpes etapā

Ievads. Sāpes ir ļoti izplatītas onkoloģisko pacientu populācijā. Onkoloģiskie pacienti var ciest sāpes jebkurā stadijā un ārstēšanas posmā. Šīs sāpes var būt dažāda rakstura un intensitātes. Ir vairāki fizioloģiski mehānismi, ar kuru palīdzību vēzis izraisa sāpes. Statistikie dati liecina, ka sāpes izjūt no 30 līdz 50% pacientu, kas saņem aktīvu pretvēža ārstēšanu, un no 75 līdz 90% pacientu, kuriem ir progresējoša, metastātiska vai termināla slimība. Izteiktas līdz neciešamas sāpes biežāk izjūt pacienti III-IV vēža stadijās. Šajos gadījumos, pēc PVO noteiktām vadlīnijām, terapijā ir jāpievieno opioīdi. Tohtorikoulutukseen, eli korkeimpaan asiantuntijakoulutukseen, sekä tohtoreihin kohdistuu globaalisti suuria ja jatkuvasti uudistuvia odotuksia. Myös suomalainen koulutus- ja yliopistokenttä asemoituu uudelleen laajempia jatkuvan oppimisen mahdollisuuksia luotaessa (esim. OKM 2017a). Jo pitkään on tavoitteena ollut, että tohtorikoulutuksen pitäisi tuottaa yhä tehokkaammin yhä jalostetumpaa asiantuntijajoukkoa, jolla on digitaalisen ja globaalin ajan vaatimuksia vastaavat asiantuntijan tiedot ja taidot sekä tulevaisuutta ennakoivia innovatiivisia visioita. The Recovery of the Optimal Damping Constant by the MRF Damper

In this paper was studied a method to analyze the recovering of optimal damping constant because of temperature increasing in a shock absorber. The increasing on temperature leads to decreasing that constant by mean dynamic viscosity such to modify the dynamic behavior of a 2DOF system built-up by sprung and unsprung mass. A MagnetoRheological damper was designed according with the desired optimal damping constant once fixed temperature design. It was seen that the increasing of temperature this constant is lost.
