24 patients up to two weeks after primary traumatic shoulder dislocation were examined at 0.5 and 1.5 T. Surgical and/or arthroscopic correlation was available in 13, CT-arthrographic correlation in 16 patients. A joint effusion allowing sufficient evaluation of the capsulolabral complex was present in 21/24 (87.5%) cases. 11/14 patients with combined dislocated detachments of the glenoid labrum and capsular lesions were subsequently operated upon. Aim It is useful to know that patients treated with infliximab are exposed to developing adverse events that could be reduced with a prudent and a rational clinical approach and by optimizing the treatment protocol. Recent findings in mice have revealed the molecular identity of the some pheromonal molecules triggering intersexual attraction. Pētījuma tēma ir aktuāla, jo vēl arvien ir daudz pacientu, kuri prettuberkulozes terapiju saņem stacionārā, medikamentu izraisīto blakusparādību dēļ. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot tuberkulozes pacientiem radušās blakusparādības terapijas laikā un no tām izrietošās sekas. Šī maģistra darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv atšķirības pašcieņas, emocionālo un uzvedības problēmu rādītājos saistībā ar objektīvo un uztverto pubertātes sākšanās laiku un vai pastāv saistība starp objektīvo un uztverto pubertātes sākšanās laiku 11 – 14 gadus vecu meiteņu vidū. Pētījuma izlasi veidoja 141 meitene no dažādām Latvijas pilsētām. Pētījumā izmantota Pubertātes attīstības novērtējuma skala (Carskadon, & Acebo, 1993), Rozenberga pašcieņas aptauja (Rosenberg, 1965) un Ahenbaha Jauniešu pašnovērtējuma aptauja (Achenbach, & Rescorla, 2001). Es importante diferenciar estas entidades dado que requieren pautas de tratamiento diferentes. El diagnóstico de la tuberculosis (TB) depende, con frecuencia, de la detección de anomalías en la radiografía de tórax. Las adenopatías son el hallazgo radiológico más frecuente. Sin embargo diferentes autores han demostrado que la radiografía de tórax tiene poca sensibilidad y especificidad para su detección. Oral lichen planus in children: An Italian case series

Oral lichen planus usually occurs in adults; there are no clear data regarding the incidence and the clinical features of oral lichen planus in children. This paper reports clinical findings, treatments, and outcomes of 13 Italian patients with oral lichen planus in childhood diagnosed between 2001 and 2021. The most common finding was keratotic lesions with reticular or papular/plaque-like patterns, confined to the tongue in seven patients. Although oral lichen planus in childhood is rare and the malignant transformation index is unknown, specialists must be aware of its characteristics and oral mucosal lesions must be correctly diagnosed and managed.

Igauņu izcelsmes pārstāvju migrācija uz mūsdienu Vidzemes un Latgales teritoriju ir norisinājusies jau kopš vidējā dzelzs laikmeta (400-800.m.ē). Izteikta šīs migrācijas pastiprināšanās rakstītajos vēstures avotos ir vērojama tieši 17./18.gs., kad rodas migrācijas procesiem labvēlīgi apstākļi. Tādejādi, šī darba mērķis ir minētajā laika periodā izpētīt, kādi bija galvenie faktori, kas veicināja igauņu apdzīvotības areāla izmaiņas mūsdienu Vidzemes un Latgales teritorijā. Pēc iepazīšanās ar vēstures avotiem ir iespējams nonākt pie atziņas, ka atsevišķu pētnieku izvirzītā tēze par pakāpenisku, “viļnveidīgu” igauņu migrācijas procesu ir patiesa.
