Influencia del género sobre el proceso de desarrollo del síndrome de quemarse por el trabajo (Burnout) en profesionales de enfermería

The purpose of this study was to analyze if gender differences establish significant differences in the levels and process of the burnout syndrome. Results indicate that the men (N = 72) perceive significantly more despersonalization that t he women (N = 258). In the sample of men p ersonal accomplishment was not a significant antecedent of despersonalization, while in the sample of women emotional exhaustion was not a significant antecedent of inclination to be absent. As a c onclusion it i s recommended that managers of personnel i n h ealth sector should take into consideration the gender differences in the intervention on the burnout syndrome.

La técnica más empleada para la restauración de la barrera cutánea en los pacientes quemados es el injerto de piel autólogo de espesor parcial. Su obtención conlleva generar un área cruenta a nivel de otra localización cutánea del mismo paciente, conocida como zona donante. Esta área cura generalmente en un período de entre 7 y 14 días mediante un proceso de cicatrización dirigida. Cuando existen grandes defectos que requieren cobertura, como es el caso de los grandes quemados en los que la extensión de la quemadura limita la disponibilidad de área donante, pueden ser necesarias varias tomas de la misma zona. The aim of this PhD is to study the optimal transportation theory in some abstract Wiener space. You can find the results in four main parts and they are aboutThe convexity of the relative entropy. We will extend the well known results in finite dimension to the Wiener space, endowed with the uniform norm. To be precise the relative entropy is (at least weakly) geodesically 1-convex in the sense of the optimal transportation in the Wiener space.The measures with logarithmic concave density.
