Artykuł podejmuje problematykę katechetycznego znaczenia Tygodnia Powszechnej Modlitwy o Jedność Chrześcijan w diecezji opolskiej w oparciu o listy pasterskie z lat 2016–2018, jakie bp A. Czaja skierował do wiernych w związku z obchodami tego tygodnia. Są one ważne z punktu widzenia współczesnej katechezy ukierunkowanej ekumenicznie. Zawierają cenne pouczenia katechizmowe oraz zaproszenie do włączenia się w ruch ekumeniczny. W sposób szczególny w listach pasterskich bpa A. Czai obecne są zagadnienia, które wynikają z realizacji takich zadań katechezy, jak: rozwój poznania wiary, wprowadzenie do misji, wychowanie do modlitwy oraz wychowanie do życia wspólnotowego.
The endopolygalacturonase 1 from botrytis cinerea activates grapevine defense reactions unrelated to its enzyumatic activity

A purified glycoprotein from Botrytis cinerea(strain T4), identified as endopolygalacturonase 1 (T4BcPG1) by mass spectrometry analysis, has been shown to activate defense reactions in grapevine (Vitis vinifera cv. Gamay). These reactions include calcium influx, production of active oxygen species, activation of two mitogen-activated protein kinases, defense gene transcript accumulation, and phytoalexin production. Most of these defense reactions were also activated in grapevine in response to purified oligogalacturonides (OGA) with a degree of polymerization of 9 to 20. Objetivo: Determinar las repercusiones maternas y perinatales de las gestantes con reacciónen cadena de la polimerasa positiva para SARS-CoV-2 durante el parto y el puerperio clínico.Método: Estudio observacional descriptivo, retrospectivo y multicéntrico realizado mediantela revisión de historias clínicas de las gestantes ingresadas por parto desde el 1 de marzo hastael 30 de junio de 2020.Resultados: Se analizaron 13 mujeres con reacción en cadena de la polimerasa positiva a SARS-CoV-2. La prevalencia de casos positivos fue del 0,48% sobre el total de partos atendidos en elperiodo de estudio. This paper examines player-to-player interaction in Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft (Blizzard Entertainment, 2004). The game designers have attempted to limit what they see as negative interaction by forcibly limiting player-to-player social interaction. Based on an analysis of forum discussions, this empirical study illustrates how players utilize Hearthstone's restricted communication affordances for negative and insulting purposes, and how players negotiate their shared symbolic reality concerning this type of interaction, labeled "Bad Manner(s)" or "BM". The aim of this study was to build a conception as well as a substantive theory of adult learners’ group learning. The framework for this study is andragogy, which places the life context of adult learners at the center of the learning process (Knowles 1990). This study has been carried out using grounded theory as a research methodology. Hermeneutics offers a broad scientific paradigm for the understanding of group learning as a phenomenon, whereas grounded theory offers a concrete tool for analyzing data and developing a substantive theory.
