Artykuł jest próbą organicznego ujęcia pedagogiki i duchowości gerontologicznej – wychowania w perspektywie starości. Pedagogika ostatniego okresu życia ludzkiego jest jedną z najmłodszych dyscyplin pedagogiki ogólnej. Quality of life at work in academia: preliminary results for the validation of a tool for Italian university

Purpose: Research on quality of working life in academia appears surprisingly rare in many countries, and in some cases nearly absent. Trying to fill this gap, a team formed by W/O psychologists from 16 Italian universities developed a tool for the assessment of psychosocial risks as well as workers health and wellbeing in universities. The validation of this tool (theoretically based on the Job Demands- Resources model) will be presented in this contribution. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar el proceso de adaptación al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior del cuestionario de opinión del alumnado sobre la docencia de su profesorado que se ha seguido en la Universidad del País Vasco. En este proceso se ha adoptado una metodología mixta. Obtaining a doctoral degree requires acquisition of different types of skills and knowledge. The aim of this article is to explore multidisciplinary peer-mentoring groups (PMGs) facilitated by senior academics as a knowledge sharing practice in doctoral education. Drawing from interviews with participants of PMGs at a Finnish university, we found that the participants perceived that cultures and practices of doctoral education in departments and faculties, as well as limited support from supervisors might hinder knowledge sharing. La ricerca «Telemaco» è stata svolta per promuovere una partecipazione attiva e responsabile degli studenti universitari alla didattica universitaria. A tal fine, si è ritenuto opportuno preparare tale partecipazione mediante l’applicazione di due metodi d’intervento con cui migliorare il loro senso di autoefficacia, la loro capacità di gestire l’ansia da prestazione e l’immagine del loro «sé» attuale: la scrittura espressiva e il tutoraggio tra pari.
