An integrated framework for risk profiling of breast cancer patients following surgery.

Objective: An integrated decision support framework is proposed for clinical oncologists making prognostic assessments of patients with operable breast cancer. The framework may be delivered over a web interface. It comprises a triangulation of prognostic modelling, visualisation of historical patient data and an explanatory facility to interpret risk group assignments using empirically derived Boolean rules expressed directly in clinical terms. It presents a number of specific types of trolling on the Russian-language Internet in connection with digital literature and the literary practices of various groups of Internet users. Techniques for writing provocative “troll-texts” were created and developed within subcultural groups in the 1990s. International audience; ATLAS event processing requires access to centralized database systems where information about calibrations, detector status and data-taking conditions are stored. This processing is done on more than 150 computing sites on a world-wide computing grid which are able to access the database using the Squid-Frontier system. In support of ESA's Earth Explorer 8 candidate mission FLEX (FLuorescence EXplorer), a Photosynthesis Study has been initiated to quantitatively link fluorescence to photosynthesis. This led to the development of A-SCOPE, a graphical user interface software package that integrates multiple biochemical models into the soil-vegetation-atmosphere-transfer model SCOPE.
