This study examined representations of Finnish basic education teachers’ mental models of collaboration to reveal the background features that enable or hinder changes in a school community and teacher collaboration. In this case study, we explored 41 teachers’ mental models of collaboration in a one-school community to identify and understand the features that enhance or challenge collaboration. The findings raise the question of how collaboration can support a school’s transition to a unified comprehensive school, when teachers are accustomed to working alone with a strong sense of autonomy and diverse mental models of collaboration. I suoli contengono circa tre volte la quantità di carbonio disponibile a livello mondiale nella vegetazione e circa il doppio di quella presente in atmosfera. Tuttavia il carbonio organico del suolo (SOC) si è ridotto in molte aree, mentre è stato rilevato un aumento della CO2 atmosferica. Kin selection on one hand, and gamete interactions in post-ejaculatory sexual selection on the other are two major research themes that have risen to prominence over the past half century and have simultaneously developed into central fields of research in evolutionary biology. There is a natural connection between the two: when gametes interact with each other, very commonly many of them originate from the same parent and are thus siblings. This report (D6.2) outlines the work carried in Work Package (WP) 6 of this project E-SLP, where 5 actual SLP pilots were designed, implemented and delivered to students. This report builds on the cooperation model described in D6.1, and the work done in WP2 "Concept and role of SLPs in European HE” and WP3 “Institutional policies for SLP’s”.
