Clustering is an unsupervised machine learning technique, which aims to divide a given set of data into subsets. The number of hidden groups in cluster analysis is not always obvious and, for this purpose, various cluster validation indices have been suggested. Several variations of the basic activated sludge process and of the related design procedures for final clarifiers have been developed, which are frequently based on the well-known solid flux theory (SFT). Resumen: El presente artículo expone los resultados del diseño y la validación de un cuestionario sobre fracaso escolar, dirigido al alumnado de Educación Secundaria. Se trabajó con una muestra de 200 estudiantes en el Centro de F.P.A (Formación de Personas Adultas) Germà Colón de Castelló de la Plana (España) durante el curso 2010/2011.
