Niniejsze opracowanie dotyczy analizy ustawowych kryteriów dla przyznania tytułu profesora, w ramach tak zwanej Konstytucji dla Nauki. W treści artykułu postawiono nacisk na swobodę wyboru formy aktywności naukowej dla kandydata do tytułu profesora, jaka wynika z treści ustawy. Regulation of motility of cells from marine sponges by calcium ions

Sponges are known not to contain muscle and nerve cells. Since sponge cells are characterized by high motility we determined the effect of intracellular calcium ion concentration ([Ca2+]i) on their motility. Addition of the Ca2+ ionophore ionomycin to dissociated cells from the marine sponge Suberites domuncula caused in Ca(2+)-containing artificial seawater (ASW) an increase in motility from 0.2 micron/min (absence of the ionophore) to 3.7 microns/min (presence of ionomycin). Przedmiotem rozważań niniejszego artykułu uczyniono zaangażowanie ojców zastępczych w realizację rodzicielskiej działalności w rodzinnych domach dziecka. Problem badawczy sformułowano w następującym pytaniu: Jaki jest poziom zaangażowania ojców zastępczych w realizację rodzicielskiej działalności, zarówno w wymiarze globalnym, jak i parcjalnym? Le site du Moutot à Lavau (Aube), fouillé sur 2 hectares par l’Inrap en 2014-2015, correspond à un complexe funéraire monumental occupé à plusieurs reprises, entre le Hallstatt A1 et la fin de l’Antiquité. Il se caractérise d’abord par sa stratigraphie, obligeant à un décapage délicat et au relevé de grandes longueurs de coupe. La conservation partielle de plusieurs élévations tumulaires a permis l’appréhension des pratiques et de l’architecture funéraires sur le temps long. De manière inattendue, la fouille a permis de documenter une exceptionnelle tombe princière du Ve siècle avant notre ère, dont l’étude a nécessité une adaptation technique et méthodologique constante.
