This study aimed to translate the modified Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) and the Youth Sport Environment Questionnaire (YSEQ) into Norwegian, examine the factor structure and reliability of the scales through independent clusters model confirmatory factor analysis (ICM-CFA) and exploratory structural equation modeling (ESEM), and examine differential item functioning (DIF) as a function of sex. Tämän Pro gradu tutkielman teoreettisessa osassa on tutkittu kivinäytteiden analyytiikkaan käytettyjä menetelmiä, sekä alkuaine että mineraalitasolla. Eri menetelmistä on koottu niiden toimintaperiaatteet, menetelmien ominaisuudet ja niiden soveltuvuus kivinäytteiden alkuaineiden sekä mineraalien määrittämiseen. Erityisen huomion kohteena olivat rikkipitoiset mineraalit, sillä ne ovat erittäin tärkeitä malmimineraaleja. Tutkimme Keski-Suomessa pitkään jatkunutta turvekiistaa selvittämällä kyselyllä ja haastatteluilla kansalaisten käsityksiä turvetuotannosta ja sen vesistövaikutuksista. Tutkimuksemme osoittaa, että poliittis-hallinnollinen järjestelmä ei ole kyennyt täyttämään ympäristönsuojelulain tavoitetta turvata kansalaisille terveellinen ja viihtyisä ympäristö ja parantaa kansalaisten mahdollisuuksia vaikuttaa ympäristöä koskevaan päätöksentekoon. The reactivity of neonatal rabbits to the mammary pheromone as a probe for viability

International audience; Newborn rabbits depend on a daily nursing interaction with the mother to gain milk and to survive. During this interaction, they localise and seize the nipples displaying a typical behaviour triggered by maternal odour cues. The mammary pheromone constitutes such a signal in domestic rabbits: it elicits sucking-related movements in more than 90% of the pups. However, some newborns remain unresponsive to the presentation of the pheromone, even pups apparently healthy and highly motivated to suck.
