Bakalaura darba temats ir “Saskarsmes un sadarbības prasmju veicināšanas pedagoģiskās iespējas 5-6 gadu veciem bērniem pirmsskolā”. Pētījuma problēma: pētījumā tiek veikta pedagoģisko un psiholoģisko metožu un tehniku izpēte, kuras var pielietot bērnu savstarpējās sadarbības veicināšanai pedagoģiskajā procesā. Teorētiskais pamats: pētījums tiek balstīts uz pieņēmumu, ka bērnu saskarsmes problēmas var tikt atrisinātas ar skološanas un mācību, rotaļu palīdzību. Brovst is a small district in Denmark. This paper analyses the use of local renewable resources in the district heating systems of Brovst. The present use of fossil fuels in the Brovst district heating plant (DHP) represents an increasing environmental and climate-related load. Therefore, an investigation has been made to reduce the use of fossil fuels for district heating system and make use of the local renewable resources (biogas, solar, and heat pump) for district heating purposes. ABSTRACT Genes that inhibit apoptosis have been described for many DNA viruses. Herpesviruses often contain even more than one gene to control cell death. Apoptosis inhibition by viral genes is postulated to contribute to viral fitness, although a formal proof is pending. To address this question, we studied the mouse cytomegalovirus (MCMV) protein M36, which binds to caspase-8 and blocks death receptor-induced apoptosis. The growth of MCMV recombinants lacking M36 (ΔM36) was attenuated in vitro and in vivo.
