Abstract The main purpose of this study was to examine difficulties in behavioral and emotional adjustment and their relationship to subjective well-being, positive and negative affect, and academic performance in a representative sample of nonclinical adolescents. El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la prevalencia de agresores adolescentes (cyberbullies) a través de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación (Internet y teléfono móvil). También, se examinaron las diferencias de género y de curso según el tipo de agresiones tecnológicas realizadas por el adolescente. La muestra estuvo formada por 1390 adolescentes de edades comprendidas entre los 12 y los 17 años. Los resultados indicaron que casi un tercio de los adolescentes han agredido a sus iguales a través de las nuevas tecnologías en el último año. Putni var inficēties ar asins parazītiem visā pasaulē. Melnie mušķērāji Ficedula hypoleuca ir nelieli zvirbuļveidīgie putni, kas vairošanās sezonu pavada Latvijā, bet ziemo Rietumāfrikā. Šie putni apdzīvo dažādus biotopus, ieskaitot gan sausus, gan arī pārmitrus skujoku mežus. Tiem pastāv iespēja inficēties ar tādām asins parazītu ģintīm kā Haemoproteus, Plasmodium un Leucocytozoon. Darba mērķis bija novērtēt melno mušķērāju asins parazītu prevalenci un infekcijas intensitāti atkarībā no dzimuma un ligzdošanas vietas attāluma līdz tuvākajām ūdenstilpēm. Music-related sadness and its paradoxical pleasurable aspects have puzzled researchers for decades. Previous studies have highlighted the positive effects of listening to sad music and the listening strategies that focus on mood-regulation. The present study explored people’s attitudes toward sad music by focusing on a representative sample of the Finnish population. Three hundred and fifty-eight participants rated their agreement with 30 statements concerning attitudes toward sad music. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot saistību starp afektīvo stāvokli un balss augstumu; saistību starp afektīvo stāvokli un balss intensitāti; atšķirības starp afektīvo stāvokli un balss augstumu atkarībā no stāstījuma; atšķirības starp afektīvo stāvokli un balss intensitāti atkarībā no stāstījuma; atšķirības afektīvajā stāvoklī pirms un pēc pozitīva un negatīva stāstījuma. Pētījumā piedalījās 65 dalībnieki, 26 (40%) vīrieši un 39 (60%) sievietes, dalībnieki bija vecumā no 19–53 gadiem (M = 30,06; SD = 8,14). Ekvivalence tulkošanā ar automātisko tulkotāju palīdzību: finanšu un biznesa kolokāciju piemērs

Bakalaura darbā tiek veikts pētījums par biznesa un finanšu kolokācijām franču valodā un to tulkojumiem latviešu un angļu valodā, izmantojot automātiskos tulkotājus Google, Bing, Reverso, DeepL, Yandex un SYSTRAN. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt šo tulkojumu ekvivalences līmeni, salīdzinot tos ar tulkojumiem, kas piedāvāti attiecīgajos paralēlajos tekstos. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām: pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīts kolokācijas un ekvivalences jēdziens, kā arī automātisko tulkotāju metodes. Otrajā daļā apskatāma automātiskajos tulkotājos veikto kolokāciju tulkojumu salīdzinošā un statistiskā analīze.
