This paper presents a comprehensive review of studies on electrodialysis (ED) applications in wastewater treatment, outlining the current status and the future prospect. ED is a membrane process of separation under the action of an electric field, where ions are selectively transported across ion-exchange membranes. ED of both conventional or unconventional fashion has been tested to treat several waste or spent aqueous solutions, including effluents from various industrial processes, municipal wastewater or salt water treatment plants, and animal farms. In this essay we reflect on some general theoretical questions about disability, beginning with some absences of ability that are conventionally classed as disabilities (lack of vision, lack of mobility). We move from there to ask whether those of us who are conventionally classed as non-disabled in fact suffer from disabilities, and in particular whether there are disabilities shared by all humans. We reflect on the idea of the superhero, and also on whether it makes sense to envy the abilities of other species that are not shared by human beings. Lo scritto di Clelia Bartoli riprende soprattutto la teoria dello Stato del sociologo francese delineata durante i corsi tenuti al College de France nel 1989/1990 e nel 1990/1992. Bourdieu ha rifuggito una moda intellettuale a lui coeva che spingeva storici politologi giuristi e sociologi a vagliarne cause e ragioni evoluzioni ed epiloghi delle rivoluzioni a discapito però di quanto accade sul fondale: lo scialbo ovattato e ripetitivo ordine delle cose. Bourdieu riteneva che dovesse stupire e meritare di essere spiegato fosse più la permanenza del mutamento l’ovvio più dell’eccentrico l’ordinario più straordinario. Tuttavia nel corso delle lezioni menzionate afferma che per provare nell’ardua impresa di pensare e comprendere lo Stato sia necessario guardare al momento della sua genesi o alle fasi di crisi come durante le rivoluzioni. È infatti in quei momenti che il potere simbolico di cui lo Stato ha il monopolio non è stabile e si presta ad essere osservato come frutto di un processo anziché nella sua ineluttabilità. Le categorie e l’approccio socioepistemico à la Bourdieu vengono adottate dalla Bartoli per leggere il caso dell’insorgenza cilena del 2019 e l’esordio del processo costituente.
