However, this situation presents several challenges, for example: how to record the AR annotations for later consumption, how to align virtual and real world in unprepared environments or how to offer the annotations to users with different AR devices. Une formation pédagogique peut-elle modifier les conceptions de jeunes enseignants universitaires sur l’apprentissage et l’enseignement ?

Nous analysons l’évolution des conceptions de l’apprentissage et de l’enseignement de jeunes enseignants universitaires à l’issue d’une formation en pédagogie universitaire, grâce à des informations de formations collectées lors de sessions de formation de l’Université de Bourgogne. Nous montrons que les conceptions à l’entrée et à la sortie de formation apparaissent variées et que celles-ci sont liées aux disciplines, à l’expérience et au projet professionnel. Les participants considèrent avoir changé de conceptions au terme de la formation. Ceux qui ont des visions nuancées et centrées d’emblée sur l’apprenant sont toutefois davantage influencés par la formation pédagogique.

This study presents a personality evaluation instrument adapted to the vocational setting: the Adaptive Vocational Personality Questionnaire (AVPQ). The questionnaire was developed and tested in a sample of 2160 university students in the final years of their degree programs. The purpose of the study is to validate the questionnaire, providing evidence about its internal structure and its usefulness for predicting scores on a criterion scale. A confirmatory factor analysis combined with a cross-validation design was used: the exploratory sample (n = 879) helped to identify the model with the factorial structure that best fit the relations among the items. The first group, the classic payment card (CPC), asks respondents to report their willingness to pay (WTP) as a point from a list of amounts, and then treats each WTP response as an interval. The second group generates WTP data that may contain both single point and interval values. Bieżący artykuł bada źródła satysfakcji z pracy. Wieloźródłowe badanie zostało przeprowadzone w dwóch formach: jako kwestionariusz online ( n =642) i jako kwestionariusz papierowy ( n =635). Żeby ujednoznacznić pomiar zmiennej zależnej (zadowolenie z pracy), wykorzystano dwa źródła jej pomiaru: samoocena badanej osoby oraz ocena przez ważną inną osobę. Wyniki pokazują, iż ocena przez bliską osobę może być wartościowym źródłem informacji o samoocenie badanej osoby.
