Parlamenta tiesības izveidot parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisiju ir plaši izplatītas Eiropā, tomēr atšķiras komisiju izveidošanas kārtība un pilnvaras. The essay relates research and teaching activities about the interethnic city carried out by Pasquale Culotta between the end of the 90’s and the beginning of 2000’s at the Faculty of Architecture in Palermo. This is the starting point of a study about the new condition of the migration in Italy and especially in Sicily where the phenomenon had a rearing in 2013. The new state of the migration pushed the research towards two directions: 1 - a long-term response related with a constant urbanization; 2 - another caused by an urgent nature that often characterizes landings. Questo saggio propone una riflessione sulla Farm Cultural Parck come luogo in trasformazione. Il progetto Farm descrive una vita quotidiana che non è attratta dalle tendenze della moda. Per questo motivo, come in un viaggio diacronico, si descrive la trasformazione urbana latente e l'emergere di una nuova consapevolezza nella difficile situazione locale. This essay proposes a reflection on the Farm Cultural Parck as a place in transformation. The Farm project describes a daily life that is not attracted to fashion trends. For this reason, as in a diachronic trip, we describe the latent urban transformation and the emergence of a new awareness in the difficult local situation.

Farm Cultural Park è oggi un esempio di rigenerazione urbana riconosciuto in tutto il mondo, che si arricchisce ogni giorno di nuovi progetti e iniziative e a cui aderiscono sempre più artisti, professionisti e creativi. Proprio in virtù di questa unicità, l'UdR di Palermo del PRIN "Re-cycle Italy. Nuovi cicli di vita per architetture e infrastrutture della città e del paesaggio", ha voluto presentare questa buona pratica - caso esemplare di "re-cycle" - all'interno della ricerca di interesse nazionale, descrivendola attraverso le parole del suo stesso fondatore. Il contributo, pertanto, sotto forma di dialogo, racconta l'idea, il processo e i futuri di Farm Cultural Park.

Si studia l'inedito Crocifisso d'argento di collezione privata palermitana. La presenza del punzone FL.IV porta ad ascrivere il manufatto, realizzato nel 1695, a Filippo Juvarra, inserendolo tra le sue opere giovanili in argento. The unprecedented silver Crucifix from the Palermo private collection is being studied. The presence of the FL.IV punch leads to ascribe the artifact, made in 1695, to Filippo Juvarra, inserting it among his youthful works in silver.

Il saggio delinea un quadro d'insieme dei rapporti fra la musica popolare siciliana, la ricerca etnomusicologica e la produzione compositiva di autori come Alberto Favara, Francesco Pennisi, Luciano Berio e Marco Betta. Nel testo viene citata una lettera inedita di Francesco Pennisi (Roma, 10 aprile 1991), riguardante la genesi delle "Due canzoni natalizie etnee" op. 49 (1982-83).

Between 1902 and 1905 Alberto Favara collected, from direct execution of his interviewees, 1090 Sicilian folk songs which constituted the "Corpus" published, after his dead, in 1957, by Ottavio Tiby.
