Juridisko tekstu tulkošana ir viens no sarežģītākajiem tulkošanas veidiem terminoloģijas pārbagātības dēļ. Spiediens, ko ES dalībvalstsis izjūt tulkojot vietējos tiesību aktus, ir milzīgs, jo centieni izveidot vienotu ES terminoloģijas bāzi ir nepārtraukti. Juridisko tekstu tulkošanas apvienošanai ar ekonomikas nozares tekstiem neizbēgami rada problēmas. Šī maģistra darba mērķis ir noteikt un izpētīt terminoloģijas ekvivalentus, kas izmantoti Latvijas Privāto pensiju fondu likuma tulkojumā angļu valodā un noteikt vai šo terminu lietojums ir konsekvents iepriekš tulkotajos Latvijas tiesību aktos. Terminoloģijas konsekvence ekonomikas tekstu tulkojumos

Maģistra darba “Terminoloģijas konsekvence ekonomikas tekstu tulkojumos” mērķis ir novērtēt terminoloģijas konsekvenci 1990. gadu, 2000. gadu un 2010. gadu ekonomikas mācību grāmatu latviešu un krievu valodā korpusa ietvaros. Empīriskās izpētes rezultāti rāda, ka terminoloģijas konsekvence ekonomikas mācību grāmatās statistiski nozīmīgi palielinājās 2010. gados salīdzinājumā ar 1990. gadiem un 2000. gadiem. Pielietojot lingvistiskās diskursanalīzes metodoloģiju, kas ietver sevī gan kvantitatīvās, gan kvalitatīvās metodes, autore secināja, ka tulkošanas pētījumi spēj noteikt sociālās asimetrijas, pamatojoties uz lingvistiskajām asimetrijām. Darbā tiek veikta mantojuma lietā paredzēto termiņu analīze, un aplūkots mantošanas process un ar to saistītie termiņi. Tiek pētītas gan zvērināta notāra tiesības noteikt termiņu, gan mantinieka, gan neatņemamās daļas tiesīgā, gan kreditoru un citu mantojumu lietas procesā iesaistīto personu tiesības, un pienākumi mantojuma lietā noteikto termiņu robežās. Darbā tiek analizētas tiesiskās sekas un to piemērošana praksē, kad mantojuma lietā iesaistītā persona nav ievērojusi mantojuma lietā norādītos termiņus un tā ietekmi uz citiem mantojuma lietas dalībniekiem, un notariālo procesu. In the present study, the chemical composition of the essential oils from flowers and leaves of Elaeoselinum asclepium(L.) Bertol subsp. meoides(Desf.) Fiori collected in Central Sicily was evaluated by GC and GC-MS. The main volatile components of the flowers were alpha-phellandrene (42.5%), terpinolene (15.7%), p-cymene (11.6%) and beta-phellandrene (10.2%), whereas the ones of the leaves were p-cymene (44.0%), alpha-pinene (13.2%), alpha-phellandrene (11.0%), beta-phellandrene (10.2%) and beta-pinene (9.2%). The document proposes a methodological device and some theoretical approaches to build a sociology of clinical practices in the "poles" (basic territorial units) of adult public psychiatry in France, based on a qualitative and quantitative exploratory survey in seven sites. It shows that the territorial offer of care presents aspects of homogenization throughout France: a decline of psychotherapies in favour of a myriad of "psychic interventions", the generalized development of eclecticism and pragmatism. The aim of this paper was to gain an understanding of the views of a group of physical education teacher educators on the purpose(s) of school physical education and whether, how and why these views have changed over time. Semi-structured individual interviews were carried out with thirteen physical education teacher educators; a fourteenth participant responded to interview questions in writing. Participants were based in seven countries: Belgium, Finland, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland and the USA. Ruoka- ja liikuntakasvatus varhaiskasvatuksessa

Lasten terveyskasvatukseen on paljon suosituksia. Päiväkodit noudattavat näitä suosituksia, mutta lastentarhanopettajien keinoista toteuttaa terveyskasvatusta ei ole tutkittu paljoa. Tämä tutkimus käsittelee lastentarhanopettajien keinoja toteuttaa ruoka- ja liikuntakasvatusta eri menetelmien pohjalta. Tutkimus on laadullinen tutkimus, joka on toteutettu sähköisellä kyselylomakkeella lastentarhanopettajille (N= 18) keväällä 2018. Tutkimusaineisto analysoitiin aineistolähtöistä sisällönanalyysia käyttäen.
