Venozās sistēmas izmaiņas pacientiem, kuri ārstēti ar jaunu inovatīvu metodi endovaskulārai GARU femorālo artēriju slēgumu ārstēšanai: PQ BYPASS

PQ Bypass ir jauna un inovatīva metode pilnībā endovaskulārai femoropopliteālai šuntēšanai. Patlaban pasaulē ir pētījumi par PQ Bypass metodes, kur aprakstīta tās rezultāti arteriālajai sistēmai, bet nav atrodami pētījumi par PQ Bypass metodes ietekmi uz venozo sistēmu. Pētījuma mērķis ir izvērtēt PQ Bypass metodes ilgtermiņa ietekmi uz apakšējo ekstremitāšu venozo sistēmu. Materiāli un metodes: Prospektīvais pētījums tika veikts PSKUS Asinsvadu ķirurģijas centrā. Pētījumā tika analizēti 50 pacientu, kam ir C un D tipa bojājumi femoropopliteālajā segmentā pēc TASC II klasifikācijas, venozās sistēmas izmaiņas ilgtermiņā pēc PQ Bypass operācijas. Ympäristönsuojelussa on tapahtunut viidenkymmenen vuoden aikana suuri muutos viranomaislähtöisestä suojelusta yhteisölähtöiseksi suojeluksi. Suomi on ratifioinut useita kansainvälisiä sopimuksia, joilla korostetaan kulttuuri- ja luonnonympäristöjen merkitystä ja taataan niiden säilyminen. Siitä huolimatta, valtion kiinteistöpolitiikan seurauksena, yliopistojen arvokiinteistöt ovat joutuneet uhanalaisiksi. Kiinteistöt omistavan osakeyhtiön ja yliopistojen ansaintalogiikat eivät kohtaa, eikä kummankaan tahon tehtäviin kuulu kulttuuriympäristöjen vaaliminen. Miten tähän on tultu? Estudio de las oligarquías y del gobierno municipal de tres villas costeras asturianas –Llanes, Villaviciosa y Luarca– durante la etapa final del Antiguo Régimen, tanto desde la óptica de la historia institucional como la historia social del poder. Se analiza tanto el origen de sus oligarquías –vinculado a la compra de cargos municipales y de extracción básicamente nobiliaria– como las analogías y las diferencias en las formas de gobierno de los tres concejos de los que las villas citadas eran su capital. The Village Action Association of Finland (SYTY) organizes the Village of the Year competition annually to award active rural communities. The competition has taken place since 1985, but after the village action movement was integrated into Finnish rural policy networks in the 1990s, it also became a part of rural policy instruments. The competition can be considered a governing technique that constructs norms and an ideal model for rural communities to pursue. In this article, I study the representation of an ideal rural community by analysing the criteria of the competition. The church of Santa Maria di Campogrosso, long abandoned, is now a ruin. However, this church represents an important historical and architectural witness to the presence of “basiliani” monks in eastern Sicily, much less documented than the western Sicily’s one. Moreover, the story of this monument is linked to a very important episode, the Norman conquest of Sicily with the birth of the so-called "arabo-normanna" architecture. The essay describes the history of the church between abandonment, restoration and archaeological studies until the present.

La investigación relaciona dos sitios reales, La Reggia di Venaria Reale en Italia y el Palacio Real de Aranjuez en España, confrontando su desarrollo histórico y arquitectónico, las obras de restauración llevadas a cabo, los criterios para su inclusión en la Lista de Patrimonio Mundial y su uso hoy en día como museos. El estudio comparativo muestra cómo ambos palacios se usaban inicialmente como residencias de caza en lugares con abundancia de agua y pesca. ABSTRACT: The society of the ancient regime recreated the distinctive, justifying, and propagandistic rites of power that were performed at court in cities far away from it. These rites were led by the holders of civil and religious power, and even utilized formulas that would not have been permitted, because they copied the royal ones. The rituals surrounding death form part of these practices, with first-class artistic derivations, including ephemeral architecture, emblematics and chalcography, or intaglio.
