The teaching of anatomy in Gabon is based on a Western cultural model. The issue is the approach and cultural perceptions of the human body differ from one continent to another. The major issue from our perspective is: how to reconcile the Western approach to the human body and the perception of the body in the Bantu culture? The goal of this work is to contribute developing the teaching of anatomy in Libreville by seeking to better integrate it in the Gabonese culture.

Das Bleigewicht aus dem Hofareal der Fürstin von VixDer Mont Lassois bei Vix, Dép. Côte d’Or, zählt neben der Heuneburg zu den am besten erforschten Fürstensitzen imfrühkeltischen Westhallstattkreis. 1953 wurde das späthallstattzeitliche Fürstinnengrab von Vix entdeckt. Im Rahmendes deutsch-französischen Forschungsprojektes »Keltische Fürstensitze westlich des Rheins« (1991-1997) und desfranzösischen PCR-Projektes (Projet collectif de recherche) »Vix et son environnement« (seit 2002) mit Beteiligungder Universitäten Dijon, Kiel, Wien und Zürich wurden die Altgrabungen (1930-1974) wieder aufgenommen. In the southern and eastern area of the Côte d’Île-de-France, north of the marshes of Saint-Gond (Marne, France), research incorporating a great deal of unpublished documentation, and the results of pedestrian and aerial surveys, has highlighted five flint mines.
