Diplomdarbā pētāmā problēma: 4. klases skolēniem grūtības sagādā jaunrades darba prezentēšana. Prezentēšanas prasme skolēniem nav iepriekš attīstīta, taču “Skola 2030” plānotajos sasniedzamajos rezultātos norādīts, ka skolēnam ir jāprot pastāstīt par darba procesu, izaicinājumiem un idejas rašanos. Diplomdarba mērķis bija izpētīt prezentēšanas prasmju nozīmi 4.klašu skolēniem un izstrādāt ieteikumus, kurus izmantojot iespējams attīstīt prezentēšanas prasmi. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika apkopota literatūra par prezentēšanas prasmi un veiksmīgu publisko runu. Tika pētīta arī pašvērtēšanas veikšanas saistība ar prezentēšanas kvalitāti. Dating archaeological copper/bronze artifacts by using the voltammetry of microparticles.

A method for dating copper/bronze archaeological objects aged in atmospheric environments is proposed based on the specific signals for cuprite and tenorite corrosion products measured through the voltammtry of microparticles method. The tenorite/cuprite ratio increased with the corrosion time and fitted to a potential law that yielded a calibration curve usable for dating purposes.

Signs in public space reflect ‘normalcy’ in a community. The authors ask what restricting signs tell us about a society? In order to explore the system and variation in the ways dog signs manifest different norms and control, they compare two different data sets: dog signs in a Northern European town, Jyväskylä in Finland, and two Eastern European villages in Romania. They apply a qualitative methodology based on visual communication, geosemiotics and linguistic landscape studies. Tämä tavoite on kielenopetukselle yhteinen päämäärä oppijoiden iästä tai taitotasosta riippumatta, ja se kulkee täten oppijoiden mukana halki elinikäisen kielenoppimisen. Tässä artikkelissa esitellään soveltavan kielentutkimuksen piirissä virinnyttä ymmärrettävyystutkimusta, joka helpottaa keskittämään kielenopetusta ymmärrettävyyden kannalta olennaisimpiin asioihin.
