Tämän tutkimushankkeen päätarkoituksena oli selvittää älykellojen soveltuvuus journalismiin, sen uutena sisällönjulkaisupaikkana sekä työvälineenä. Keskeisinä tiedonhankinnan menetelminä olivat journalistisen ja tutkimuksellisen aineiston jatkuva monitorointi, asiantuntijahaastattelut (N=6) sekä älykellojen testaus koeryhmien avulla. Vähintään kuukauden mittaisen testijakson teki yhteensä yhdeksän testaajaa. The present article aims at describing and comparing the use of slang words and swearwords in teenage talk from three different Spanish speaking communities. The analysis builds on spontaneous teenage conversations from the corpus of teenage language Corpus Oral de Lenguaje Adolescente (COLA). This corpus contains informal conversations from Madrid, Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile; and for this study one conversation from each city has been selected. Swear words and interjections in the world of Tintin: changes, enlargement and reduction of meaning in Italian translations. Tintin is one of the best known all over the world French language comics. Even in Italy Tintin has been translated and published. Dental mesowear is applied as a proxy to determine the general diet of mammalian herbivores based on tooth-cusp shape and occlusal relief. Low, blunt cusps are considered typical for grazers and high, sharp cusps typical for browsers. Wireless PPG devices were developed and embedded in everyday clothes (bandage, scarf, cycling glove and wrist strap) to monitor cardiovascular state of free-moving persons. The corresponding software for measurements also has been developed and tested in laboratory. Real-time measurements of PPG signals were taken in parallel with a professional ECG reference device, and high correlation was demonstrated.

A cervical, buccal, occlusal/incisal, and lingual score was recorded for each tooth using a modified version of the Tooth Wear Index (Smith and Knight, 1984). Rank correlations, one-way and two-way ANOVA were used to test for associations between risk factors and percent of surfaces with wear. Results: 44 patients (31.9%) had at least one cervical lesion 1-2mm deep. 118 patients (85%) had dentin exposure on at least one incisal edge.
