Bakalaura darba “Tīmekļa lietotņu veiktspējas optimizācija izmantojot WebAssembly” mērķis ir noskaidrot WebAssembly izmantošanas un nepieciešamības apstākļus, kā arī veikt pētijumu par tīmekļa lietotnes veiktspējas analīzi pēc moduļu pārstrādes uz WebAssembly kompilētu kodu, lai varētu noteikt, kad to ir vērts izmantot. Darbs sika sadalīts divās sadaļās. Pirmajā sadaļā tika veikta analīze par WebAssembly, tā darbības principiem, kā arī izmantošanu programmatūres izstrādē. Otrajā sadaļā tiks aprakstīts izveidotais projekts, kā arī salīdzināts tīmekļa lietotnes kods un veiktspēja pirms un pēc moduļu pārstrādes. Darbā tiek izpētīta tīmekļa programmēšanas vēsture un mūsdienas, aplūkojot dažādas tīmekļa lietotņu izstrādes iespējas. Darbā tiek izpētīti dažādi vienas lapas lietotņu izstrādes ietvari un paradigmas. Izmantojot izpētes rezultātus, darba praktiskajā daļā tika izstrādātas divas lietotnes, kas demonstrē vienādas iespējas izmantojot divas dažādas programmēšanas valodas – TypeScript un C#. Izstrādātajām lietotnēm tika aprakstīta un salīdzināta to izstrādes gaita, kā arī tika iegūti kvantitatīvi dati, kas apraksta ietvaru piemērotību tīmekļa lietotņu izstrādei.

Pētījuma problēmas būtība ir Skolēnu nepietiekamās spējas iegūtās zināšanas vienā mācību priekšmetā izmantot jaunās situācijās, attīstīt un pielietot citos priekšmetos. Skolēnu izzinās spējas pilnveidošanos mācīšanas motivācijas paaugstināšanai skolotājs ierosina Skolēnu pamatojumu atbildēt uz jautājumiem: Kāpēc jāmāca? Kāpēc jāzina? Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt mācību satura integratīvo aspektu Skolēnu izziņas spēju pilnveidošanai un mācīšanās motivācijas paaugstināšanai. The publication of the Max-Weber-Gesamtausgabe volumes, including his letters and a recent study of Hinnerk Bruhns, have revised the canonical view on Weber as a German nationalist. With a conceptual and rhetorical analysis of his essays Deutschland unter europäischen Weltmächten (1916) and Zum Thema Kriegsschuld (early 1919), I offer an alternative view on Weber’s relationship to European politics. He defended the ‘Westphalian’ system of balance between great powers, to which he wanted after the end of the War to incorporate Woodrow Wilson’s plans for a new League. Rethinking Political Representation from the Perspective of Rhetorical Genres

This article is a thought experiment. It constructs ideal types of political representation in the sense of Max Weber. Inspired by Quentin Skinner and others, the aim is to give a rhetorical turn to contemporary debates on representation. The core idea is to claim an ‘elective affinity’ (Wahlverwandschaft, as Weber says following Goethe) between forms of representation and rhetorical genres of their justification. The four ideal types of political representation are designated as plebiscitary, diplomatic, advocatory, and parliamentary, corresponding to the epideictic, negotiating, forensic, and deliberative genres of rhetoric as the respective ways to plausibly appeal to the audience.
