In order to truly understand one’s teaching methods and share them with others, one first needs to understand what has been done in the past. The aim is to become conscious of habits, models and attitudes that have become a part of local lore – either in studies of creative writing or in the education system in general. This reflective practice paper offers some insights into teaching an interdisciplinary academic writing course aimed at promoting process writing. The study reflects on students’ acquisition of writing skills and the teacher’s support practices in a digital writing environment. It presents writers’ experiences related to various stages of process writing, their growing awareness of becoming good writers but also the constant struggle with common writing problems. How critical thinking should be at the heart of digital interactions?

In this paper, we explore how to teach critical thinking in the digital age, in order to promote the autonomy of practitioners. An interaction theory is proposed to identify the constraints that structure digital creativity. This model helps to design a critical pedagogy, linking without opposing a procedural approach to a reflective approach. Stein (The Ravishing of Lol Stein), in which the feeling of love is shown as ambivalent, connected − on the one hand − with ecstasy, admiration and exaltation, and on the other – with suffering, loneliness, pain and absence. Research about metacognition and its implications for learning and instruction have become a central issue in education. The call for teaching metacognitive skills is considered one of the main implications for instruction that has emerged from over three decades of research about how people learn. A method to promote the development of metacognition in pupils is to ask them to assess their own work. Pupils who assess their own work will spot areas that need improvement.
