Noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizēšanas novēršanas problemātika Banku sektorā

Šodien noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas problēma Latvijā ir tik kritiska un asa valstiskā līmenī, kā vēl nekad iepriekš. Jau šogad oktobrī valdībai būs jāuzrāda būtiski uzlabojumi NILLTFN jomā Eiropas Padomes noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma finansēšanas ekspertu komitejai Moneyval. Bankas, bez šaubām, ir pakļautas visaugstākajam riskam un reizē arī aizdomām par naudas līdzekļu atmazgāšanu. Darbā ir analizēta Banku sektora problemātika NILLTFN jomā. Mild Homogeneous Synthesis of Gold Nanoparticles through the Epoxide Route: Kinetics, Mechanisms, and Related One‐Pot Composites

A new one-pot homogeneous methodology at room temperature to obtain Au nanoparticles (AuNP) on the basis of the epoxide route is presented. The proposed method takes advantage of the homogenous generation of OH- moieties driven by epoxide ring-opening, mediated by chloride nucleophilic attack. Once reached alkaline conditions, the reducing medium allows the quantitative formation of AuNP under well-defined kinetic control. A stabilizing agent, such as polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) or cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC), is required to maintain the AuNP stable. Acetylated nucleosome assembly on telomeric DNAs

Abstract The role of histone N-terminal domains on the thermodynamic stability of nucleosomes assembled on several different telomeric DNAs as well as on ‘average’ sequence DNA and on strong nucleosome positioning sequences, has been studied by competitive reconstitution. We find that histone tails hyperacetylation favors nucleosome formation, in a similar extent for all the examined sequences. On the contrary, removal of histone terminal domains by selective trypsinization causes a decrease of nucleosome stability which is smaller for telomeres compared to the other sequences examined, suggesting that telomeric sequences have only minor interactions with histone tails. In this work, two novel virtual user association and resource allocation algorithms are introduced for a wireless virtualized heterogeneous network with hybrid energy supply. In the considered system, macro base stations (MBSs) are supplied by the grid power and small base stations (SBSs) have the energy harvesting capability in addition to the grid power supplement. Multiple infrastructure providers (InPs) own the physical resources, i.e., BSs and radio resources.
