Oikeuslaitoksen toiminnan tehottomuuteen puututtiin 1700-luvun puolivälissä lukuisten valtiopäivävalitusten jälkeen. Vuosina 1761 ja 1766 annetut kuninkaalliset ohjauskirjeet tulivat viitoittamaan alioikeuksien valvontaa aina 1920-luvulle saakka. Hovioikeuden kanneviskaalin tehtävänä oli valvoa oman hovioikeuspiirinsä alioikeuksien toimintaa ja lainmukaisuutta. Komersanti saskaras ar paaugstināto informācijas pieprasījumu daudzumu, kamēr komercbankas cenšas nodrošināt atbilstību normatīvo aktu prasībām. Dialogues in partner abusive clients' group treatment: conversational tools used by counselors with differently motivated clients.

This qualitative study investigated talk and interaction as process factors potentially influencing outcomes in abuser group intervention. The findings showed that (a) abusers participate in group programs with considerably different degrees of motivation; (b) the interaction in abusers’ various stages of change is characterized by different qualities; and (c) group counselors face a challenge in adapting their ways of working to abusers’ various needs and backgrounds. This study proposes and tests an integrative model to examine the relationships among customers’ willingness to share information, satisfaction, perceived value, and loyalty in a retailing context. This study extends research on customers’ willingness to share information from trust and privacy concerns toward key outcome measures such as perceived value, customer satisfaction, and loyalty, and is thus among the first to model customers’ willingness to share information with companies in robust theoretical retailing frameworks. AbstractRobots have been slowly but steadily introduced to welfare sectors. Our previous observations based on a large-scale survey study on Finnish elder-care workers in 2016 showed that while robots were perceived to be useful in certain telecare tasks, using robots may also prove to be incompatible with the care workers’ personal values. In this study, a comparison of different methods to predict drug-polymer solubility was carried out on binary systems consisting of five model drugs (paracetamol, chloramphenicol, celecoxib, indomethacin, and felodipine) and polyvinylpyrrolidone/vinyl acetate copolymers (PVP/VA) of different monomer weight ratios. The drug-polymer solubility at 25 °C was predicted using the Flory-Huggins model, from data obtained at elevated temperature using thermal analysis methods based on the recrystallization of a supersaturated amorphous solid dispersion and two variations of the melting point depression method.
