Ciklopentān-1,2,4-trionu sintēze un īpašības. Vēze K., darba vadītājs prof. Zicmanis A. Maģistra darbs, 37 lappuses, 28 attēli, 6 tabulas, 51 literatūras avots. Latviešu valodā. Darba literatūras apskatā apkopotas dažādas ciklopentān-1,2,4-trionu iegūšanas metodes – Klaizena kondensāciju, oksidēšanās un pārgrupēšanās reakcijas, halogēnsavienojumu hidrolīze. Eksperimentālajā daļā veikta četru dažādu ciklopentān-1,2,4-trionu sāļu sintēze. Azo-sametināšanas reakcijā ar četriem diazonija sāļiem un ciklopentān-1,2,4-triona nātrija sāli iegūtas krāsvielas. Veikta aizvietoto triketonu reakcija ar 2,4-dinitrofenilhidrazīnu.

Synthesis of azobenzene substituted tripod-shaped bi(p-phenylene)s. Adsorption on gold and CdS quantum-dots surfaces

We report here the synthesis of several tripod-shaped oligo(p-phenylene)s with legs composed of two phenylene units. Each leg is end-capped with a thioacetate group for adhesion to metallic surfaces. An azobenzene chromophore group is present on the functional arm of the tripod. The key step in the synthesis is the Pd-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of the silicon derivative core molecule with substituted phenyl moieties and azobenzene derivatives. Gold surfaces prepared by thermal evaporation and CdS quantum-dots surfaces were covered by the tripod-shaped molecules. Modified surfaces were characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM), fluorescence, and Kelvin Probe analyses.

Bakalaura darbā ir pētīts, kā šāds uzskats ietekmē cilvēka un sabiedrības tiesisko attiecību raksturu. Darbā tiek apstrīdēts iesakņojušais uzskats, ka privāttiesības ir municipālo (nacionālo) tiesību regulējuma priekšmets. Darba ievaddaļā autors sniedz ieskatu tiesību kā uztveres priekšmeta būtībā, savukārt nākamajās divās analizē privāttiesību avotu un privātautonmijas konstitucionālo dabu. Darba pēdējā nodaļā autors piedāvā iespējamu efektīvu privātautonomijas aizsardzības mehānismu.

Abstract To investigate the interleukin-8 production of keratinocytes after stimulation in vitro we have used various agents: (i) contact sensi-tizer (2,4-dinitrofiuorobenzene, 3-n-penladecylcatechol); (ii) tolerogen (5-methyl-3-n-pentadecylcatechol); (iii) irritant (sodium lauryl sulfate). Interleukin-8 gene expression was assessed by northern blot hybridization of the total cytoplasmic RNA extracted from subconfluent normal human keratinocyte cultures and the keratinocyte cell line HaCaT using a radiolabeled DNA probe specific for human interleukin-8. Abstract Epidermal keratinocytes (KCs) and cannabinoid (CB) receptors both participate in the regulation of inflammatory responses in a mouse model for allergic contact dermatitis, the contact hypersensitivity (CHS) response to the obligate sensitizer 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene. In this study, we investigated the cellular and molecular mechanisms how CB1 receptors attenuate CHS responses to 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene. During the induction phase of contact sensitivity, hapten-specific Th1 cells are primed by epidermal Langerhans cells. These Langerhans cells present hapten on MHC class II molecules and provide costimulatory signals. This presentation discusses the induction of cytokines in Langerhans cells and keratinocytes by haptens and their regulatory effects on contact sensitivity. Haptens were painted on the skin of normal BALB/c mice and epidermal cells were prepared at various times thereafter. Langerhans cell-derived interleukin (IL)-1 beta mRNA was observed as early as 15 min after hapten paining. On the Nucleophilic Reactivity of 4,6-Dichloro-5-nitrobenzofuroxan with Some Aliphatic and Aromatic Amines: Selective nucleophilic substitution

The reaction rates for the nucleophilic aromatic substitution of 4,6-dichloro-5-nitrobenzofuroxan 1 with eight aliphatic amines (characterized by very different basicities/ nucleophilicities) and three anilines have been measured in both methanol and toluene. The obtained rates have been related to the basicity (pKaH in water and Kb in benzene) or nucleophilicity (N Mayr constants) of the tested amines. The whole of the obtained kinetic data has furnished useful information on the high nucleophilic reactivity of benzofuroxan derivatives, which has been related essentially to two factors: the high electron-drawing ability/power of the condensed furoxan ring and the low aromatic character of …
