Optisks čukstošās galerijas modu mikrorezonatora mitruma sensors

Šajā bakalaura darbā tiek pētīti čukstošās galerijas modu (ČGM) mikrorezonatori un to pielietojums gaisa mitruma kontrolei un mērīšanai. ČGM rodas, kad gludas virsmas optiskajos dobumos notiek konstruktīva interference. Rezultātā rezonatorā paliek tikai noteikti viļņu garumi, kas atkarīgi no rezonatora izmēra un laušanas koeficienta. Līdz ar to, ja kāds no šiem parametriem gaisa mitruma izmaiņu dēļ mainās, rezonatoru var izmantot kā mitruma sensoru. Eksperimentam izvēlēts glicerīna piliens, kurā ČGM rezonanses ierosinātas ar skenējamu pusvadītāju lāzeru. Izveidota eksperimentāla iekārta, ar kuru var pētīt šāda veida mitruma sensoru. Centroid-based Cluster Analysis of HVSR Data for Seismic Microzonation

Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) datasets acquired for studies of seismic microzoning in various urban centers of Sicilian towns, have been used to test clustering analysis through a nonhierarchical centroid-based algorithm. In this context clustering techniques may be useful to identify areas with similar seismic behaviour through HVSR data. Centroid-based algorithms generally require the number of clusters, k, and the initial centroid coordinates to be specified in advance. The Aqua-Planet Experiment (APE): Response to Changed Meridional SST Profile

This paper explores the sensitivity of Atmospheric General Circulation Model (AGCM) simulations to changes in the meridional distribution of sea surface temperature (SST). The simulations are for an aqua-planet, a water covered Earth with no land, orography or sea- ice and with specified zonally symmetric SST. Simulations from 14 AGCMs developed for Numerical Weather Prediction and climate applications are compared. Four experiments are performed to study the sensitivity to the meridional SST profile. Cada vez es mayor el grado de concienciacion social y politico sobre la problematica de las zonas desfavorecidas en españa. En la comunidad valenciana, el programa de ordenacion y promocion del alto mijares y alto palancia es el primer documento aprobado oficialmente por el gobierno regional que, en el marco de la ley de agricultura de montaña, pretende constituirse en la base de las actuaciones tendentes a hacer frente a la dinamica reciente de estas zonas desfavorecidas. Abstract The reaction of (Alk2SnO)n with OCH·CCl3 gives compounds of elemental formula Alk2SnOCH- (CCI3)O (Alk = Bun, Octn), probably by addition of the Sn-O bond to the carbonyl group. Mossbauer parameters suggest the occurrence of five-coordinated Sn, and polymeric structures with bridging three- coordinating oxygens are proposed. The assumption that C2SnO3 units with trigonal bipyramidal type structures are present is consistent with point-charge model rationalization of the quadrupole splitting. Čukstošās galerijas modu mikrorezonatoru modelēšana

Dotajā darbā tiek aprakstīta teorija un modelēšanas rezultāti par gaismas izplatīšanos sfēriskos Čukstošās galerijas modu optiskajos mikrorezonatoros ar diametru 1 - 5 um. Modelēšanai tiek izmantota COMSOL Multiphysics datorprogramma ar viļņu optikas moduli (Wave Optics Module). Tiek apskatītas sistēmas prizma-rezonators un optiskā šķiedra-rezonators. Kā galvenie kontroles parametri tiek izmantotas elektriskā lauka Ez komponentes kartes un laikā vidējotā enerģijas blīvuma vērtība rezonatorā. 2D vidē tiek modelēts gaistošās gaismas lauks, rezonatorā esošā starojuma atkarība no gaismas krišanas leņķa prizmā, šķiedras platuma, rezonatora attāluma līdz prizmai/šķiedrai, rezonatora izmēra un krī…
Spin crossover in a tetranuclear Cr(III)-Fe(III)3 complex
2004
A novel heteronuclear exchange-coupled complex [Cr I I I {(CN)Fe I I I -( 5 L)} 3 (CN) 3 ] containing a pentadentate blocking ligand 5 L was synthesized. The X-ray structure shows that a meridional isomer applies with inequivalent Fe I I I centers. The complex exhibits a thermally induced spin crossover along with the exchange coupling. Mossbauer spectra indicate a spin transition between S = ½ and S = 5/2 states although a considerable amount of Fe I I I centers stays high-spin at T = 6 K. The magnetization, the magnetic susceptibility, and the Mossbauer data were fitted in one run with a spin crossover model taking into account exchange interactions among all metal centers.
