The GA(2)LEN taskforce on Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs) and Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) published in 2009 a position paper concerning PROS and HRQoL assessment in clinical trials on allergy. Spin crossover in a tetranuclear Cr(III)-Fe(III)3 complex

A novel heteronuclear exchange-coupled complex [Cr I I I {(CN)Fe I I I -( 5 L)} 3 (CN) 3 ] containing a pentadentate blocking ligand 5 L was synthesized. The X-ray structure shows that a meridional isomer applies with inequivalent Fe I I I centers. The complex exhibits a thermally induced spin crossover along with the exchange coupling. Mossbauer spectra indicate a spin transition between S = ½ and S = 5/2 states although a considerable amount of Fe I I I centers stays high-spin at T = 6 K. The magnetization, the magnetic susceptibility, and the Mossbauer data were fitted in one run with a spin crossover model taking into account exchange interactions among all metal centers.

By means of an analysis of Kusturica’s only film about America, Arizona Dream, this article argues that while the United States offers a vision of a united society founded on diversity, it also represses, altering in the process both society and the landscape. Fosfonija grupu saturošo jonu šķidrumu sintēze un to izmantošana spirtu dehidratācijas reakcijās. Balode A.M., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. ķīm., asoc. prof. Prikšāne A. Bakalaura darbs, 57 lappuses, 19 attēli, 15 tabulas, 31 literatūras avots, 10 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Darbā tiek veikta cviterjona sāls sintēze no trifenilfosfonija ar 1,3-propānsultonu. Iegūtā cviterjona sāls tīrība pārbaudīta ar 1H KMR, tālāk to izmanto skābo jonu šķidrumu iegūšanai ar p-toluolsulfonskābes monohidrātu un sērskābi. Ar iegūtajiem jonu šķidrumiem tālāk tiek pētītas spirtu dehidratācijas reakcijas, attiecīgi mainot reakcijas laiku un katalizatora un izejvielas attiecības.

Presentamos los resultados de una investigación enfocada a mejorar el aprendizaje de la geometría y la adquisición de destrezas de razonamiento matemático de estudiantes de 2.º año medio de centros de enseñanza secundaria vulnerables de Chile. Se ha diseñado un experimento de enseñanza, con grupos experimental y control, basado en una unidad de enseñanza, diseñada de acuerdo con los niveles y las fases de Van Hiele, y en un pretest y un postest, para evaluar el cambio en el nivel de razonamiento de los estudiantes derivado de la intervención. Los resultados muestran una diferencia significativa, a favor del grupo experimental, en el desarrollo del nivel de razonamiento de los estudiantes. P…
