Base-Controlled Regiospecific Mono-Benzylation/Allylation and Diallylation of 4-Aryl-5-indolyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione : Thio-Aza Allyl Rearrangement

The regiospecific S-benzylation/allylation of two 4-aryl-5-indolyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione precursors was carried out using Et3N as a base. Allyl group migration from exocyclic sulfur to the triazole nitrogen (N3) was successfully achieved in a short time via thermal fusion without the need for any catalyst. The allylation of indole nitrogen, along with exocyclic sulfur or triazole nitrogen (N3), was carried out using K2CO3 as stronger base. Pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine: a new ring system through Dimroth rearrangement

Abstract Derivatives of the new ring system pyrazolo[3,4- d ][1,2,3]triazolo[1,5- a ]pyrimidine were synthesized from the corresponding angular isomers, through a Dimroth rearrangement, in quantitative yields. Preliminary computational studies demonstrated that this class of compounds could be a good candidate as DNA intercalating agents.

[EN] This paper shows the results of two territorial diagnoses for employment and local development carried out in two rural regions of the province of Valencia. These diagnostics showed that these territories have abundant natural resources, but that lack of competent actors to dynamize them properly; either because they lack the means to do so (access to sources of financing, transport or basic infrastructure), or because they are not trained for it (aging population with lack of training), or because they do not have enough initiative (installed in a comfort zone).
