Artikkeli on perustutkimusta, joka keskustelee arjen ja tilallisuuden sekä osin ympäristöhistorian ja kokemushistorian kanssa, käsitellen Uudenkaupungin rauhanneuvotteluita 1721. Aiemmin rauhanneuvotteluita ja niiden tuloksia on tutkittu poliittis- ja tapahtumahistoriallisesti. Artikkelissa keskitytään alkuperäislähteitä hyödyntäen rauhanneuvotteluihin niin fyysisenä kuin sosiaalisena ympäristönä myös luonnonolosuhteet huomioiden. Abstract Being a member of the elite imposed high demands on the livelihood of noble civil servant families in Finland at the end of the nineteenth century. Although the salaries of high-ranking officials were relatively substantial, they could not always ensure the standard of living which was demanded by the elite of the Grand Duchy of Finland. This article concerns the family of the governor, Baron Gustaf Aminoff, and their livelihood. How Do QR Codes Enhance Customer Experience? : Omnichannel Customer Experiences in a Brick-and-Mortar Fashion Store

In this qualitative study, we investigate how customers perceive QR codes enhancing their customer experience (CX) in the brick-and-mortar (B&M) store environment. Introducing QR codes to B&M stores is a part of the larger phenomenon of retailers creating omnichannel CXs by utilizing digital and cyber-physical elements in B&M stores. To collect data from real customers’ CXs, we displayed QR codes in a Finnish fashion brand’s B&M store and interviewed customers who had authentically visited the store.
