What drives travelers' adoption of user-generated content? : A literature review

User-generated content (UGC) has become an important part of travel planning, as travelers evaluate travel products based on past reviews. However, different factors account for why tourists utilize UGC. The aim of this study is to review extant studies on UGC to identify the antecedents of UGC utilization for travel planning and the theories, models, and frameworks used in these studies. A total of 54 studies from 2005 to 2016 were found. This study found that UGC adoption is determined by attributes relating to the user, the source, the content, and response variables. Tutkimuksessa selvitetään, millainen on skeittiaktiivien profiili sekä heidän näkökulmansa skeittaukseen ja skeittauksen kasvatuksellisiin piirteisiin ja sen myötä välittyviin arvoihin. Tämä tutkimus esittää yksinkertaisen skriptikielen SimpScript. Kielen tarkoituksena on toimia pelien skriptikielenä. Jotta SimpScriptin voitiin todeta soveltuvaksi pelinkehitykseen, suoritettiin sen ja muutaman yleisesti peleissä käytetyn skriptikielen ominaisuuksien vertailu. Frailty is an aging-related pathology, defined as a state of increased vulnerability to stressors, leading to a limited capacity to meet homeostatic demands. Extracellular microRNAs (miRNAs) were proposed as potential biomarkers of various disease conditions, including age-related pathologies. The primary objective of this study was to identify blood miRNAs that could serve as potential biomarkers and candidate mechanisms of frailty. Using the Fried index, we enrolled 22 robust and 19 frail subjects. Blood and urine samples were analysed for several biochemical parameters. Pilotażowe badania sensoryczne autorskich receptur preparatów kosmetycznych z zawartością śluzu ślimaka

Od wielu lat ślimaki lądowe rodzaju Helicidae pełnią rolę luksusowego surowca spożywczego. Ich spożycie oscylujące wokół 40 tysięcy ton rocznie co dało początek idei hodowli fermowych ślimaków lądowych. Pojawił się również pomysł wykorzystania ich wydzieliny w produktach kosmetycznych o działaniu leczniczo-upiększającym. Śluz ze ślimaka wykazuje, m.in. właściwości: regenerujące, ochronne, przeciwzapalne, nawilżające, zwiększające elastyczność skóry. Celem pracy była analiza jakości sensorycznej autorskich receptur preparatów kosmetycznych zawierających śluz ze ślimaka.
