Tutkielmassa tarkastellaan sarjakuvahahmojen rakentumista monitahoisena semioottis-kognitiivisena prosessina, jossa sarjakuvakielen erilaiset merkit yhdistyvät muista medioista tuttuihin henkilöhahmokonventioihin ja lukijoiden ihmiskäsityksiin. Suurennuslasin alla ovat erityisesti angloamerikkalaiset sarjakuvaromaanit ja kognitiiviset henkilöhahmoteoriat. El trabajo de investigación que describe la presente memoria tiene como objetivo diseñar un modelo de visualización de avalanchas adecuado para simulación interactiva. Para ello se emplean técnicas de advección de tex- turas y se propone un método que corrige las distorsiones en las texturas producidas por las discontinuidades que aparecen cuando se simulan flujos granulares. Maisterintutkielmani lähtökohtana on selvittää, millainen on musiikkialan opettajien koulutus Giddensin (1984a; 1984b) rakenteistumisen teorian heijastumana, niin yhteiskunnallisena kuin koulutuspoliittisena ilmiönä. Hypoteesini on, että koulutuspoliittisista ja opintososiaalisista syistä rinnakkaisiin, peräkkäisiin ja samanaikaisiin (saman asteen) tutkintoihin johtaviin koulutuksiin on ollut mahdollista osallistua. For real-world automatic sleep-stage classification tasks, various existing deep learning-based models are biased toward the majority with a high proportion. Because of the unique sleep structure, most of the current polysomnography (PSG) datasets suffer an inherent class imbalance problem (CIP), in which the number of each sleep stage is severely unequal. The carbon cycle is being affected by the human impacts (Novara et al., 2011; Yan-Gui et al., 2013), and one of those is the intensification in the soil erosion in agriculture land (Cerdà et al., 2009; García Orenes et al., 2009). Vineyards also are affected by the human activities (Fernández Calviño, 2012). Vineyards in Sicily are cultivated on 110.000 ha, 10% of which on >10% slope. Au revoir Paris! Spanish regions closer to the EU average and further away from the leaders

This paper confirms that Spanish regions in 2015 were closer to the EU average in labour productivity than in 2000, but further away from the richest regions such as Île de France. A dynamic shift-share analysis at a 10-industry level of disaggregation shows that the main driver of convergence with the EU average is catch-up in labour productivity within the same industry, while disparities with the top regions (especially Île de France) mainly involve differences in patterns of specialization (between-industry divergence) followed by technological divergence (within-industry effect). Progress in advanced radiative transfer models (RTMs) led to an improved understanding of reflectance (R) and sun-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) emission throughout the leaf and canopy. Among advanced canopy RTMs that have been recently modified to deliver SIF spectral outputs are the energy balance model SCOPE and the 3D models DART and FLIGHT. The downside of these RTMs is that they are computationally expensive, which makes them impractical in routine processing, such as scene generation and retrieval applications.
