Giuseppe Gabetti e i drammi wagneriani: dalla prolusione del 1919 ai Richard-Wagner-Festspiele

Giuseppe Gabetti fu affascinato dai drammi wagneriani sin dai primi anni della sua carriera accademica, come dimostra la sua prolusione del 1919 all’ Università di Roma, pubblicata l’anno successivo sulla rivista “Nuova Antologia di lettere, scienze e arti”. Il suo interesse, che proseguì negli anni Trenta, lo spinse a partecipare nell’estate del 1933 al festival wagneriano a Bayreuth e in seguito a ospitare su “Studi Germanici” fra il 1937 e il 1938 degli studi su Wagner. Il contributo propone una riflessione sulla valenza politica della ricezione wagneriana in Italia fra le due guerre, ripercorrendo la presenza di Wagner nella carriera di Gabetti.

Settore SECS-P/07 - Economia AziendaleQuality in delivering public services has been recognised as a major issue challenging performance in the public sector as well as the ability to operate effectively and within budget constraints. Empirical findings shown by the literature demonstrate that concrete efforts have been produced towards the evaluation and improvement of satisfaction levels of citizens and other Public Administration’s ‘customers’. However still today this issue portrays many unresolved criticalities particularly concerning the methodological approaches and operative tools to adopt in order to integrate ‘customer satisfaction’ programs with the wider organisational control system in each public administration. This paper adopts a non-conventional view of the ‘customer satisfaction’ concept. This is currently meant as a matter of social reporting or even statistical analysis based on the users’ perceptions on the level of provided services by a given (front office) unit in the public sector. Here an inter-institutional perspective is adopted with a view to map the overall value chain leading to the final product delivered to citizens or the community. Inside this chain tracking the underlying administrative products delivered by back-office units to their ‘internal clients’ in the public administration is recommended as a fundamental step to understand how to improve performance in satisfying citizens’ needs. This should also require a proper link between the administrative units’ goals and performance measures to the desired efficiency and effectiveness of processes leading to the attainment of administrative products providing the basis of the final services delivered to the private sector. Based on first empirical findings from field analysis in the Italian context the paper aims to outline an approach which could assist both politicians and managers to better assess and improve performance according to a customer satisfaction perspective.

La mobilità volontaria nel Pubblico Impiego: margini di discrezionalità dell'Amministrazione di destinazione

Il contributo, a partire da una recente pronuncia del Tribunale di Catanzaro, affronta la questione dei margini di discrezionalità della pubblica amministrazione reclutante nei procedimenti di mobilità individuale volontaria ex art. 30 d.lgs. n. 165/2001, con specifico riferimento alla fase di valutazione delle competenze professionali dei candidati. Ciò offre l’occasione per soffermarsi sulla natura dell’istituto, anche alla luce dei più recenti approdi legislativi in materia.

Starting from a recent decision of the Tribunal of Catanzaro the contribution examines the question of the discretionary margins of the recruiting public administration in individual voluntary mobility procedures pursuant to article 30 paragraph 1 legislative decree no. 165/2001. Specifically it deals with the phase of evaluation of the candidates’ professional skills. Clerodane diterpenoids from Salvia splendens.

Four new clerodane diterpenoids, salvisplendins A-D (1-4), have been isolated from an acetone extract of the flowers of SalVia splendens, together with an artifact (5), arising from salvisplendin D (4) by addition of diazomethane, and the already known clerodane olearin (6). The structures of the new compounds (1-5) were established mainly by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies and, in the case of salvisplendin A (1), by chemical correlation with splenolide B (7). Complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments for olearin (6), not published hitherto, are also reported.

This article deals with Titus? visit to the temple of Venus at Paphos in the second book of Tacitus? Historiae. I argue that apart from its other literary intentions already mentioned by scholars, this digression implicitly connects Titus not only with Aeneas but also with Julius Caesar. Impugnazione di testamento olografo: la «terza via» delle Sezioni Unite

Partendo dall'arresto giurisprudenziale in tema di impugnazione di testamento olografo per mancanza di autografia, l'Autore analizza la via prescelta dalle Sezioni Unite che sembrerebbero voler superare il contrasto sorto intorno allo strumento processuale più consono fra la querela di falso e la verificazione di scrittura privata, suggerendo la valorizzazione della particolare valenza assunta dalla forma nel testamento olografo. In realtà il richiamo all'actio nullitatis, certamente condivisibile, riapre quel dilemma, costringendo l'interprete a verificare quali siano le conseguenze sul piano processuale della ricostruzione operata sul piano sostanziale.

Non-Linear Hysteretic Instability in Rotating Machinery

The destabilizing influence of the shaft hysteresis on the supercritical whirl of rotating machines can be efficiently counterbalanced by proper external dissipative sources in the supports and/or anisotropic suspension systems. The hysteretic effect may be treated either by dry or viscous models obtaining different but somehow similar results in the hypothesis of small dissipation levels. Thus the linear viscous assumption is often accepted as a crude approximation for a straightforward analysis of the whirling instability. Nevertheless the internal friction should be regarded most likely as non-linear and could be approximated for example by Coulombian models taking thus into account also the releasing effect of some shrink-fit coupling present in the mechanical assembly.
