Analysis of the Economic Potential Trough Biochar Use for Soybean Production in Poland

Soybean (Glycine max L.) is one of the most important crops grown globally. Biochar has been proposed as an alternative to aid sustainable soybean production. However, comprehensive studies that include both the economic aspects of soybean production and biochar are scarce. Poland, with an economy largely based on agriculture, is an interesting case to investigate the cost-effectiveness of using biochar in soybean production. We show that the use of biochar at rates of 40, 60 and 80 t/ha is unprofitable compared with a traditional soil amendment, such as NPK fertilization. Muotoilun arvoa on mitattu yleensä lopputulosta ja ulkoisia hyötyjä arvioiden. Se, miten muotoilija itse määrittelee työnsä tavoitteet, on jäänyt vähäisemmälle huomiolle. Tässä tutkielmassa esitetään mittauskehikko muotoilijoiden omalle työlleen asettamien tavoitteiden mittaamista, kuvailua, vertailua ja toimialan kehityksen seurantaa varten. Mitattavan ilmiön hypoteesi käsittää seitsemän ulottuvuutta: kolme ekologisen kestävyyden periaatetta ja yhden sosiaalisen kestävyyden periaatteen sekä loppukäyttäjän tarpeet, muotoilijan omat tarpeet ja ulkoiset vaatimukset. Introduction. Futsal has grown notably in last years and have over 12 million players worldwide. Futsal is a high-intensity indoor sport where burst of multi-planar movements varies with short periods of rest. Futsal is played on a court sized 40 x 20 m for two halves of 20 min, where clock is stopped when ball is out of play. Purpose of this study was to find out physical performance of Finnish futsal players and analyse intensity and fatigue in official futsal games. Methods. The paper deals with the evaluation of the probabilistic response of a single degree of freedom elastic-perfectly plastic system subjected to a delta correlated input process. The probabilistic characterisation of the response is here obtained by considering the accumulated plastic deformations as a compound homogeneous Poisson process independent of the external input. In this case the former can be considered as an external noise acting on the linear system. A closed form solution is also obtained and the analytic expression is compared with the customary Monte-Carlo method.

In this paper an approximate explicit probability density function for the analysis of external oscillations of a linear and geometric nonlinear simply supported beam driven by random pulses is proposed. The adopted impulsive loading model is the Poisson White Noise , that is a process having Dirac’s delta occurrences with random intensity distributed in time according to Poisson’s law. The response probability density function can be obtained solving the related Kolmogorov-Feller (KF) integro-differential equation.
